Rewards for Hardcore Server

Just wondering if you guys think its a good idea for rewards to be given for certain achievements or a form of item redemption in the hardcore server to the main server. Of course I don't think the same should apply from regular to hardcore, you would simply be able to cash in hardcore items/achievements for money on the main server.

 

Firstly, I believe by hardcore you mean UHS? If that is the case, it is still a work in progress and hopefully more will be added to it.

Yeah, would give more of an incentive to play on that server.

 

Any ideas on rewards/achievements ?

 

These are just ideas:
Selling items that are worth more, but you have to have like a certain amount per?

If you mean the achievements in /ach I got some ideas
Achievements: (Of course, I'm just having fun with the names)
1 Day in Hell: Survive for at least 24 hours in UHS
You Call this Hardcore Survival?: Survive 72 hours in UHS
Trust no one!: Kill a player in UHS
Wait, this isn't the HG?: Kill 10 players in UHS
Reaper: Kill 100 players in UHS
The Beginning of the End: Go to the End
It's ok, you'll be doing that a lot here: Die 1 time.
Wither Defeated!: Kill a Wither (I couldn't think of anything)

Creeper Annihilator: Kill 1000Creepers in UHS
That's a Skele-TON of kills!: Kill 1000 Skeletons in UHS
Just... 1 bite...: Kill 1000 Zombies in UHS
If it has six legs...: kill 1000 spiders in UHS
Man's Best Friend: Tame a Dog in UHS
The Purr-fect Companion: Tame an ocelot in UHS
Diamonds Obtained!: Obtained your first diamond

 

The only problem i see is the kill a player achs. They could easily be boosted for with a bed spawn.

 

Oh, beds work in UHS?

Like I said, these were just ideas I brought from my head, maybe just the one player achievement with a $500 reward.

 

So make it a rule and watch for people that do it. It isn't hard, assuming you have prism in UHS...

Ideas for achievements:

• Beat Up: Take 20 hearts of damage in one run.
• Decked Out: Wear full enchanted armour.
• Dead Centre: Go to 0, 0.
• Edge of the World: Go to the edge of the world.
• On Deaths Door: Go down to 1/2 heart and heal back up.
• CLUTCH!: Kill a player on 1/2 heart.
• Immortal: Survive for 100 hours.

Just make the reward very low. It's the same situation with spleef, which has an achievement for winning one game.

 

true after you live 2 day you should get a set of iron or diamond armor or something of the sort.

Meebles for every hour alive may be okay but of course not a lot. I think after 12 hours alive in game time you should get a big meeble reward. I do think it would be sick if you reach 24 hours alive you got 1 set home. It would be a perk of playing on the game and not necessarily pay to win when it comes to /fix etc... on the regular server.

 

U should get like, 500 meebles per 5 minutes or something. and then there would be acheivements.

 

I like the idea of a meeble reward for every hour survived. Perhaps 5-10k?

yeah as of right now there is no point to UHS then sit through uter lag. But once its a real thing, we should totally add rewards that translate to items/meep in the rest of the server

 

ooh. they could give out special items for milestone achievements. like, if you survive for a very long amount of time, you could get souvenir armor when you go to /spawn. with colored nametag and stuff.

 

I'm this one Burritoh in the background just watching everyone talk and not know what the chicken is happening.

 

This is a pretty good idea, you can obtain special items or add ons to your name etc... things that you can't naturally obtain on the regular server.

 

What about challenges much like what we have in skyblock but they can be repeated or on a random daily rotation

 

Would have to be less of a reward or something such as a block/item.

I think we are all also forgetting the new pvp update that is coming soon to meep as well. That would affect some challenges
