This may be true, but you listed HTML and JavaScript as skills. They might come in handy in managing these forums, but they don't apply to Minecraft plugins. JavaScript and Java are completely different.

Im learning it, I've made a lot of progress studying 6-7 hours a day but it would take like a week or two till I get it all right.
