I know you have all been worried sick so I wanted to let you know. Meepcraft is approved by Mojang as EULA compliant. We still have some little touches here and there but know that we are good to go.

Stands for ''End license server agreement.'
Basically, a contract or a term of use between the owner of a company and the user of it's items.
The EULA they are talking about is that Mojang has said you cannot offer game-changing stuff for donations(for example, /fly, /heal, /fix) and only really offer cosmetic stuff (like /dis or /hat). That's why a couple stuff was tweaked here and there. So the server wouldn't get shut down.

Well, before the issue was fixed, it meant Meep would have to remove donor perks entirely, meaning make it all available to everyone or to remove the perks completely.

Now that we are no longer violating the EULA's terms, we can keep the ranks and the perks.

 

Some explanation would help make this more believable, because the Mojang EULA Q&A states very plainly that several things Meepcraft is currently doing are violations. So, possible explanations:

1- Mojang has backed off on some of its requirements
2- Meepcraft is about to make major changes
3- Meepcraft has entered into a private financial agreement with Mojang
4- Some combination of 1-3.
5- Klutch be trollin' ag'in.
