    No she's going to base it off the fact that they went through the full application and interview process, were accepted as staff, and continued to be excellent staff. This thread is unnecessary and if anything, rude.

    My intention is not to impress. If anything I want him to be comfortable with the current staff team, so he is not afraid to come to us for help.
    That goes for anyone.
