Who is the Best Pokemon?

So I've realized there's a lot of Pokemon fans on this server. I'm one of those fans, so I must ask this question:
Who do you think the best Pokemon is?

My personal favorite is my Giratina. caught in platinum and transferd all the way to ORAS.

Welp this question is fairly opinion based, but I'll go with either Snivy or Fennekin. I seriously cant pick either one...but outside from starters, obviously its Meowstic.

 

I'm one for dragon types. My all round favorite Pokemon is Goodra. Great wall, decent stats, and it's adorable. Covering you in slimy hugs <3

I was never really into Pokemon, but I happened to stumble upon some comics and stories every once in a while.
Some OP ones are like Dialga and Mew and MewTwo.
idk if I had an actual favorite one, because there was a good variety of cute ones. Let's go... Vulpix.

I gotta add to this, my fav legendary is Giratina, Fav normal is Empoleon, fav normal that can mega evolse is Charizard, and fav legend that can mega is Rayquaza.

 

Goodra is so undervalued as a special wall and I love him.

My personal favorite is Cresselia. I love to run trick room and my shiny cresselia is so adorable I love her so much.

 

Mewtwo, Leaving it old school because i don't follow the new shows.

It doesn't matter if you put a Pokemon here for competitive battling or not. It's just a Pokemon thread. The conversation goes where the wind blows lol!
I would also like to say that I am a boss at contests. My Sylveon is op.

 

Statistically, the best pokemon is Mega Rayquaza.

In Competitive Pokemon, Mega Rayquaza was deemed so good that he had to be moved to his own tier. Right now, Mega Rayquaza is the only pokemon in the "Anything Goes" tier, because he was deemed too good for the "Ubers" tier, which was previously a ban list. This means this pokemon is in a tier made specifically for him because he was so powerful.

Why is Mega Rayquaza so good?
- Number One Reason: Does not need a held item to mega evolve. This allows it to hold a choice scarf or life orb to augment its huge attack.
- 180 attack and 180 special attack makes it hit as hard as a Deoxys Attack Form.
- Ability removes its weakness to ice, which essentially patches up its only weakness.
-Consideral Bulk allows it to tank at least one hit from any Ubers tier pokemon, allowing it to use a dragon dance and win the game.
- Extremely high base stat total, highest in game.
- Dragon Ascent one hit kills 75% of every Ubers Pokemon

Thats for competitive pokemon. My favorite pokemon for fun is Darmanitan, it hits like a truck.

Usually I'd be biased and say mudkip but one pokemon I especially like statistic wise and design and everything wise is Primal Kyogre.

It's cry sounds amazing, its move pool is amazing, it's ability is amazing. Pokémon made this pokemon just for me.

Also, Luxray is a pokemon that I've never not had when I played through Platinum the 3 times I did. It's design & concept is amazing its a nice early pokemon to catch. It's probably my second favorite pokemon next to mudkip.
