Sign at New Spawn

Since they're making a new spawn anyway, we should add a sign that works similarly to the "I love Meepcraft" sign that says on it "Right click this sign if you accept shains as your lord and master" and when people right click it it should make them say "All hail shains!" and they get a gold ingot, just like the Meepcraft one.
