i have come up with a solution:

ban anime, end weebs

I don't enjoy anime myself, as it is an odd form of humor in my opinion. If people in Japan are enjoying sexual cartoons, then that is their way of life. It's truly up to anyone if they enjoy it.
However, there is a difference between enjoying something and being immature about it. An anime reference could be something as harmless as a skin. If people wish to go overboard with sexual references, then that is on them, not anime. Whether it be anime sexuality or sexuality in general, you're going to get banned for it.
Let us also take note that there are plenty of sexual references in cartoons that are not anime as well.
I understand that this post has almost nothing to do with people being banned, but I would like to point out that it is not anime's fault for people being unable to filter themselves. People are responsible for themselves and their actions, and we should not point at the wrong objects as our answer to the problem.
