Citizens getting more jobs

Suggestion: Giving citizens more jobs (for /jobs).

Why: I think citizens should get more jobs for many reasons. These are the reasons why:
-They don't have as many commands as us higher ranks. We have /fly, /heal, we don't have to eat, and so on. It's harder for them to do the jobs since they don't have as many commands (well any).
-It will encourage them to stay at Meepcraft. It would show that Meepcraft does care about the citizens and not just the donators.
-It's hard to make money as a citizen. Yes, there are a few good ways to make money, but being a citizen makes it harder. If they had more jobs then it would be a lot easier.

Also, I mean by more jobs, I mean like to be able to have more jobs at once. Like citizens can only have 1 job, vip is 2, premium is 3, and so on.

Or, they can possibly buy more jobs? Like 50k for an extra job and the max amount they can buy is 3? Then same for vip too. And the max amount for vip they could buy is 3.

 

I totally agree with you we should get more jobs, being citizen you have almost no commands and geting jobs would be nice!

Sell things to shops, at pwarps
/warp shop
/vote
/lotto claim
/shop when its back up
Doing jobs for other people
Making casinos and dicing



You can do any of these things as a cit. You just have to work, like everyone else.

 

Maybe at the very least, if you got to a certain level in your /jobs as a citizen you would get one more /jobs slot. the reasoning behind that is because you're spending lots of time on meep to get that, which would make you more likely to donate.
besides that, I think adding more jobs in general for citizens would take a lot of inscentive away for donating.

 

Still. Tbh I doubt someone would donate just for jobs... But your top idea was good. Maybe once they reach Lvl 50 on one job, they get 1 more job. And then they get to Lvl 50 on that one and get 1 more. But 3 would be max.

To be able to sell things, you have to get things. Such as a pick axe, axe, shovel or whatever. /Lotto claim is like a 1/1000000 chance you will win. Casinos are risky. Also for the casino, you need money to start it.

I won't even address the gambling propositions, because they're not very good ways to build wealth (unless people are foolish enough to play your slot with 9:1 odds and 2:1 payouts). As for getting things, anyone who has ever played Minecraft in survival mode already knows everything they need to know about that, and there's a whole wild world out there for them to do it in.

With that said, I wouldn't mind seeing Cits starting out with 2 jobs, and everyone else getting a +1 as well.

 

True if you foolish enough to spend all your meebles in gambling your well "special" I guess cause spending money wont get you more and getting two jobs should be the highest cit can get atleast others with ranks can have 3 and ult can have 4 does that sound fair?? Please tell me if it doesnt

 

2 things, one, ult has 7. Two, we paid $320 for our rank. We sort of do get to have 7 :/

Ok. Still, people can kill you in Wild. Just like a citizen the other day tried killing me, so I killed him. He was starting to get diamond armor, then he got killed (don't think I'm mean I only did it since I was low). Also, most donors don't hire citizens. Most donors are rankist and think either citizens don't have the supplies, their annoying or they won't get the job done. But when your a donor, you sort of have more respect.

 

+1 to this version, I think it is better than devaluing VIP (who get two jobs)

 

+1 I think this would be a good idea but if cit get 2 jobs than vip should get 3 or 4 because all the features of vip ar going away.

Not one feature of VIP has been removed except for /tpa, and that was a long time ago.

 

+1 I was playing skyblock and a citizen asked if he could borrow my shovel in towny. He wanted to get money from his job. I paid him 15k so he could make his own shovel since I didn't want to risk losing my own. I guess my point is that most of the new players have no clue about any of meeps activities. Jobs is probably the first that they discover and their primary way of making money when they first join. The appeal of jobs is what keep them coming back in the beginning until they discover other means of making money.

 

Its s easy for cits to make money they honestly dont need more jobs. I knew a cit who had been on meep for only 2months and had 1mil. ( 1 mil more than I had)
