    make the cooldown a lot shorter
    like 2-5 seconds
    15 is too much and it makes me sad.

    If /fw was reduced then "fireworks" will be even more worthless then they already are.

    /fw is firework. The name speaks for itself.

    And yeah 15 is too much but 2-5 secs is too short time, lag can be huge...maybe 8 secs?

    what about this. Default time for /fw will be 10 seconds. and on new years it will ne reduced to 5. sound like a good idea?
