    Either ask via /g or /w if you can join a town and type /accept when someone invites you, or find an open town and do /t join (town name).

    To build you own town, you have to own one. to start a new town it costs 200K, but you can usually find a prebuilt for cheaper. Once you are mayor you have access to all the towny commands. Do /help to see them all.
