Adding Backpacks

So i think that you guys should implement a backpack plugin so players can store their items. I know that you already have /chest if your a donor but then non-donors have a chance of obtaining extra storage while in the wild or dungeon etc. And people can sell them to make some extra meebles. I think they should be obtained through voting, paying meebles, or donating for them.

 

I think that this would be a copy of /chest, which are exclusive to donors, that´s why they are good. If you need space while adventuring or so, prioritize your loot, set home there or think of something else. But this is why /chest exists, and they are donor only. Sorry

 

We already have /chest and /echest as donator perks, giving something very similar to non-donators will give no incentive to donate.

I see where you guys are coming from and now i realize this probably wont work out. But ill keep thinking about ways to help the server improve

 

indeed a good idea.
I do get your point, but the fact is /chest is something pretty major and it's one of the reasons I wanted VIP when I was a cit. If we give something to cits, there isn't as much of a want or need to donate for that extra room.
Not to mention how much storage you can fit on a single plot (a lot.)

 

I would personally +1 this, but I am very doubtful as to the effectiveness of adding backpacks. Even if they could be added, I feel like they would be very glitchy. Not to mention the fact that we already have /chest. Cool idea though.

 

Good idea, but then it takes away from the coolness of it being a donor thing B) I'm a +/- for this

 

I have used backpacks on other servers and they werent that glitchy at all. They worked way better than expected.

I do agree it would take away from donating but if you didnt want to spend a full 10$ on getting a few one row /chests then you could pay less for a multiple row backpacks

 

We made /chest because the use of a backpack would bring so much drama. Imagine a player dying a losing items in the inventory, and a backpack.
