It's not a good app, I see no real effort put into it.

You were unbanned extremely recently, and you're way too immature to be a staff member. You seem to be lazy, and not really dedicated. You edited your application, which is looked down upon. Overall, you are nowhere near qualified for staff right now.

1. You were unbanned recently, and it is extremely unsettling for me that you would want to be helper this early. Wait a bit, a few months, and then reapply.

2. I don't even know you. Get to know the community first before you apply.

3. You edited your application. This is an auto-deny, no matter if you "fixed some grammar", please fix it before you post it.

Nothing about what he said was rude. He gave you honest, constructive feedback. You are immature. You are not qualified. They're both correct.
You need to take this and use it, you need to improve on it and prove him wrong.

 

He isn't being rude. He's giving you feedback so why not improve?
