Why do we define an applicant by how good the application is? lol. Have you seen some of the people who have gotten accepted with "not good" apps? They all made it far in staff. lol. TS activity really isn't a must. It's nice to see, but lol. What? I think that people using that as an excuse to give them a negative is a little bit silly. Anyways,

I'm one to stand behind your character lordusan. After seeing you interact with me and a few people, I see that you can be really nice and understanding. As for early comments of people saying things that you have done, I would suggest going back and trying to fix the situation. Either apologizing, or trying to work out the situation one on one with the person. That is a great way to be more proactive with this.

I think the app was pretty good actually (coming from someone who writes like super duper long apps, lol). Some more explanations here and there would be good, but currently, it is to the bone, and that is what good writing is.

As I have just come back as well, I cannot speak about your recent activity, so that is not applicable here in my case.

You can be fun, but be serious when you need to. References don't always have to agree with your application. All they have to do is be able to speak for your character (personality) and the way you handle things. If I put someone I hate down as my reference, I would still put them down because they had a negative experience with me, as I had with them, and they can explain how we worked out the issue. idk.

From what I know and have seen: +1. Other people may be able to give better "scores/voting" based on their experience with you.

Hey lordusan. As you know I am constantly seeing you in game. You are really trying to be a helpful guy and I am quite impressed with your maturity lately. Let's up that teamspeak activity a bit and I can see you as a great helper. +1

Hi lord! You are a great friend but I just dont see you as being a helper. You are a little immature at times and I haven't seen you be helpful in shout, but you are talking in shout a lot, just not helping. Even though you say you have teamspeak, I've never seen you on teamspeak. Also you didnt convince me why you should be helper. I am going to -1 for now but good luck!

Although I do see that a few of you believe I can be immature at times, I do believe that life is not always meant to be very serious and straightforward. I know when I need to step it up and be serious and take actions on matters at hand.

Although having references who support your app is a very good idea, thats not what a reference is. A reference is someone the staff can go to and ask what you are like to be around, how well you work with others, etc.

 

I'm a -1 for now only because I feel you have more work to do. When you requested a ban and I found out the reason, I found it very melodramatic and troubling. I certainly do think you have the potential and passion for the server, but remember staff members represent the server on the front line. Regardless of intelligence, the way you carry yourself is far more important. I hope you take these thoughts genuinely.

 

I definitely see where you are coming from, and understand that the reason for why I requested the ban did seem that melodramatic that you found it. However, there were others things that occurred that week, including the death of a family member, and also the diagnosing of another with a brain tumor. The small break from Meep was needed to catch up with my family events. I try my best to learn from the past and improve on what is around me. Fate is determined, and although you can't do anything about the death of others, what you can do is change yourself. After my requested ban expired, I came back to meep, attempting to do my best to make meepcraft fun for others. Even if I couldn't hold up /pwarp cooeyland due to the great expenses, I did transfer its ownership to someone I trusted, in hopes that they would be able to help others have fun as well. My current /pwarp random is just a simple place where people enjoy hanging out and having conversations. Thanks for your comment shains!

 

Well, I know you all got your own opinions, so i got my own and i would like you to respect it... First of all I'm new here and I don't know a lot of people as the "well-known" members. What i would say is:
+1 he is a great person and is always eager to help people
+1 i've had a great help from him (maybe personal but that means he can connect to people)
+ he seems mature enough to handle a helper position ( we are not born knowing everything or being able to do everything as requested)
+1 people like him, most of them
+1 And he have a good prescense in-game lately
Let's give him a chance, I'm sure he won't make us regret

Ok sense i consider myself a great friend of his and knew what happened, i need to defend him.
Lord had just bought mazi supreme and mazi broke up with him. he then said he was giving his alt away, Idiotic_Starfish and then that got hacked. he came back, because there were some people, probs not including me, who he wouldnt want to let go off, such as cooey and piro. theres a lo t more but im making it short and sweet for ya. im pretty sure you dont know what your talking about in the first 2 sentence (other then the very first one)
also, +1 aboutthe app

Lordusan I like you but I do not think you are staff material yet. You are still a little immature even though maturity doesn't mean much to me. I also feel like your just not ready.
