Town Spawn of Burano

Ok so I'm pretty awful at building town spawns, so I'm want to hire someone else to do it for me! My town is heavily based off of the real city of Burano in Venice, Italy, and I want this building to be the spawn:

I've seen such building Architecture done in Minecraft but it's done on a level that surpasses even mine. If you know Keralis1 On Youtube then you should know about his Exclusive Server to which I have access too. (private ip don't ask) I've seen Architecture of this type done in Minecraft and even I couldn't do it, it was just jaw dropping.

I don't want an exact copy per say, but instead something pretty close to it. I'm not asking for like a 5 star build haha
