Introduction: Hey all. You may know me as Klitcher or martinq17. I have been a part of meep for about 2.5 years now. Outside of meep, I will be a junior in high school this year, and I'm looking forward to my classes. I'm looking to be a journalism major, so I am taking journalism and newspaper this year. My AP Lang teacher recruited me to run newspaper this year so I am very excited. I try to keep myself in shape by running every other day and swimming on the off days.

Why should you be Helper? In the past 3-4 weeks, I have heavily invested myself in helping players all around. Whether it's something simple like saying how to warp to infected or something more advanced like helping a player build a chestshop or redstone machine, players are always looking for someone that they can ask for help when they need it. Most players aren't looking for a quick-fix server where they can bring a few friends play for an hour and never come back. A lot of players are looking for a server where they can invest themselves in the economy and grow in popularity and importance. However, they can not experience that without someone there to help them if they need it. They need someone that will answer their easy questions and their hard questions, without any rebuttal. I fit this quality. I am always willing to help out a player, new or old, stranger or friend, if it means that I can potentially better their experience on the server.

What are your weaknesses? Commands: I have little to no familiarity with prism.

Protocol: I'm sure I will be informed of this, but average lengths of temp bans and when to tempban instead of kick is an issue as well. Not that I can't learn, just that I don't particularly know.

That was my feedback.

You try too hard and you're predictable. Basically for the last year you've joined, applied, gotten denied, left, come back a few months later, repeat.

Sure, you're not as rude anymore as you were in the past, but when I was on meep the other day there was an overloading of trying too hard and being a kiss up.

You have made a huge "transformation" since your last application. You are nicer, and I have seen you helping. You are more active on forums, and teamspeak.

The only thing that worries me is school. High school is tough, will you have enough time? We need our Staff online, and homework/extra curricular activities may get in the way.

I haven't seen you helping that much either. You're very friendly in shout, but I've missed all that helping you are talking about.
This really, really needs work just in general, on top of that your attitude was not that great not too long ago.

Well first off, I googled it. Second of all, do you have feedback... or lol

 

I think you should deserve the chance to have an interview and I'll respect staff's decision from there. Otherwise, you're active, dedicated, involved, and to be honest, I don't see any major reasons that you shouldn't be staff. If you're "trying to hard", isn't it a good thing that you're really trying to prove to everyone that you're ready for the position? I could go on, but this isn't my place to talk.

+1 for interview.

 

You have a history of language/content infractions on the forums, ranging from posting porn to inappropriate signatures. Additionally, you can't "try hard" to be staff; sooner or later your true self will show and result in a less-than-ideal situation. If what we've been seeing over the last week is your real self, then go for it. If not, don't even bother applying.

 

+1 if I owned the server, you'd be an admin, you are mature, and I know it from experience.

 

My latest infraction was in February of 2015, about half a year ago. While that may not seem like a long time to many of you, it was an extremely long time for me. Some of my best and worst experiences have happened in the past 6 months. Now I don't want to delve into detail as I said, these were also some of my worst, most emotionally tasking experiences. I have changed in the past 6 months, and I'm willing and actively trying to prove it. Thank you for the feedback. Please don't think I'm trying to poke at you I'm just explaining.
