Heli-Carrier and Mansion

Hello meepers,I am hiring someone to make an Agents of Shield Heli-Carrier and a mansion. The mansion must have these rooms (inside):
Lounge
14 bedrooms
Kitchen
Pool
Vault
Bathrooms (2)
Head room
Fire pit
Tv room
Basement
Dining room
Sitting area

Now the stuff outside:
Mini Park
Lake
Garden
Trees
Pathway
Backyard

After the mansion I might hire someone to build some player/staff statues.
Now the heli-carrier must have:
A good amount of room for signs
2 planes that you can walk into
The normal look of a heli-carrier

Please give me a price and if I have enough now I will get it now but I can grind if I don't. It must be in alpha. I will supply the blocks and stuff just give me a list. I do not have a place yet to build the mansion.

I think I would be interested in building the mansion. I can show you some previous builds when I get back from holiday on Sunday. Could you offer a price?

You must supply everything, and I'll charge around 3-5 million.

He bought Gvegas and probably doesn't have the $ or time to invest.
