New CTF Map / Meaning

CTF, recently has gotten a little boring... so, i decided to suggest a new meaning to it or whatever. I made a minimap of the picture in my head because I was lazy. So there are two teams, red and blue. Blue are the good guys, they are trying to capture their princess back, which the red have kidnapped. The Red, as you may have guessed, are the bad guys, they have stolen the princess. The two spawn points are the blue and red wool, each time a player dies, they go to their spawn point. Once the blue team has captured the princess within 5 mins, they win the game, if they fail to do so, the red team wins the game. The reason I made it 5 mins was to make sure that each team has a chance. Also, the blue and red team have the same armor and weapons. there is breaking blocks on the map, but the red team's walls will be 3 blocks thick. Enough time for the red team to fire. Mobs will not spawn on the map to prevent ender pearls and tnt.

On top of what I said, make it also that you have to run back to your base w/o getting killed

 

I would support changing the current ctf to a better ctf such as the colonies from a long time ago(which got me playing meep-I was the one who like to burn down peoples bases) but I would still like a somewhat more traditional ctf than the game proposed here.

This is a cool idea, but I would be fine with anything we add or change about ctf. It's one of my favorite things on Meep, but healing base is getting kinda old. It can be a priority too: look how many people were playing today

 

+1 I wouldn't make it as just 1 particular map, I'd make it a whole new game mode. Although I admire the new C.T.F which was to put in some originality, some players like me like the style that this is heading. Rather then the princess being kidnapped, I agree with IMerelyDaved that it should be a standard flag capturing game just like the old C.T.F colonies ( Which I LOVED) from a really long time ago. Having two game mode's would appeal to the players who want an old school type of gameplay and to the players looking for a new experience. Having old C.T.F would bring joy back to many, as well as still keeping new C.T.F for fans of the new gameplay.

 

Do not take out the heal base. i love whne the diamond noob goes to guard the heal base and leaves all the flags alone lmao.

 

The thing about the Heal base is that when the diamond gets it, you can't kill him because of the constant heals he gets -1

 

You must not win often. Dont go for the heal base, it is trivial at best if a dnoob has it

 

This is a cool concept too because it would be nice to have only two teams, but also it would be really cool for each team to have a different role. Then people might play on red because they like guarding and keeping people out, or they might like blue because they like charging and breaking down walls.
