/Anvil

Not sure what rank this should be for. Maybe Supreme+ or Ult. I was thinking that /anvil should be added. Like when people buy enchanted books, they need an anvil to use them with. But if you don't know where any anvils are, you have no way to add them. At /pwarp eb, they'res loads of anvils. But thats the only place I know of that provides public anvils. Like we have /craft, why not /anvil? It's not even that op. Just is going to save some time for lazy people and people who don't know where any anvils are.

As this will give a huge advantage over normal players I actually will give it -1. I might be neutral if ult gets it as they really need more perks, but I would prefer if this won't be implamented, unless there is a small drawback to it, like paying a small ammount for using it, or something else... And to be honest, if I were an ult I don't think I would want to have this without any drawback or something, as this would just reduce the ammount of things you can do.
