Selling access to The Mega Farm that made me 12.5 million meebles.

The farm may be closing soon do to the fact my mayor Viperfan17 can't run the town with the obserd amount of lag he is getting from the farm melon seeds

As the title says I am selling access to the farm that has made me so much money.
Permanent access is a single payment 25K for 1 person.

In terms of rules its pretty straight forward.
1. Please don't intentionally break the dirt/glowstone/melon stems those are critical features of the farm that need to stay in order for this farm to function properly
2. If you happen to come across a spot where there is a missing stem please just tild the land and plant the melon stem so it can grow and start growing melons. (the farm is in a pretty linear pattern so spotting missing stems can be pretty darn easy.)
3. Follow the server rules as always, my farm is no acceptation.

Failure to do rule 1 and 3 will result in losing access to this farm with no refunds.
Rule number 2 is one I would like it if people followed so I don't have to do maintenance on the farm.

It will take a person roughly an hour and 15 minutes to harvest every melon in this farm if they take no breaks and are sprinting most of the time with a god axe and had /fix. (its a very time consuming source but hey man it pays)
It is highly recommended you harvest the melons with an axe because that tool makes the melons break faster.

The entrance to this farm if you couldn't figure it out from the picture is that pool of water.

Sadly ever since the farmer job was nerfed and the value of melons were nerfed, I have no idea what price to sell access for. I just figured seeing how I am not going to be using that farm anymore that I would sell access then let others make a decent amount of money off it just like I did.

Oh no I guess I should clarify that the signs were updated so it is 40k per harvest.
It was 100k per a harvest before the nerfing.

Its still 25k permanent access, even though I am tempted to raise the price because other farm owners that are my friends want me to since I am offering such a small price for such a gigantic farm.

Also seeing how I tend to rarely play meep if you want access and I am not on try /mail send me so when I get on I can find you, or just post on this thread so I will know sooner. Since I check the forums way more then I check my in game mail. I will try to be more active but no promises.
