There's a frequent bug in /chest

I have been having a lot of trouble using /chest recently. I go to put away my stuff in /chest, such as the most recent god set of tools, then I close the /chest. It says "Chest didn't save, your inventory has been reverted."
When my inventory "reverts," all the items I put in it have little red zeroes in the lower left corner of their box. When I try to move them around or place them back into other chests, they disappear. I've attached some screenshots to look at.

 

Not sure what rank you are, but if you're under elite the fact that they have been /fix'ed might be a problem.

Tody, you're the only person I've ever seen report this issue. I know its been awhile, but are you still experiencing the issue?

 

This was an issue when /chest was buggy for a few days, it happened to everyone, but it's gone now
