Remove /feed and /heal from Skyblock.

If that's the case why can't ultimates fly? Hm there's no "except for skyblock" there..

 

That one I actually agree with, it would make skyblock completely unbalanced and not challenging at all. Just from the premise of skyblock, although there are times I wish I had it.
Having /feed, heal and fix gives players a reason to upgrade to get the perks we enjoy as donators.

 

Skyblock is competitive.
The minigames are competitive.
Donor perks aren't allowed in minigames.
It would make them unfair.
So don't they make skblock unfair too?
If you are premium plus, you don't need food.
So you don't need to do the work of growing food.
Isnt this unfair to the Citizens who do need to work for food?
Perks make skyblock unfair.
Perks should be removed from skyblock.
And don't say "that's just because your a Cit and you're mad that you have no perks." I am not a Cit, I have a rank.

 

You're a VIP. You don't know what impact this will result to higher ranks than you. If I'm correct, you got your rank from dblosevn's rank giveaway the other day.

Back to the suggestion. I can't really decide if this should be removed or not. /feed doesn't really seem op for me considering we can simply get food from cows and pigs. /heal and /fix is really op though. Are we really going to remove this now? I mean, people used these commands a lot and had a very huge advantage e.g /fill. What about those players who are planning to try out skyblock? They're in very serious disadvantage. If this will be removed, this should've done way before this new skyblock started.

Actually, I do know what effect it will have. It will force people not to be lazy and actually work for the stuff they need in skyblock. And then once all the Ults realize they actually need to work for something, they will go complain on forums about "We paid for these perks so we should get to use them to gain an unfair advantage against players who do not have enough money to spend it on a Minecraft server".

 

So... You're basically telling me here that people who donated are lazy? LOL. Have you tried skyblock on this server? It appears that you haven't actually. Try playing skyblock and you'll see that most people who are you calling "lazy" are most likely exclusive below. Why? Because they're getting their stuff from auctions. Who host those auctions? Yea, people who played skyblock after it got released. Most of those auctions are hosted by us, Ultimates. And you dare imply that we're all lazy?

 

I have

tried the skyblock on this server, and I know that having access to things like /heal and /fill Would make it a lot easier.
When things get easier, people get lazier.

 

Reggles its not that its just we dont want the challenges to be so hard that you dont want to play skyblock. If a citizen sees that getting /fix or /feed in skyblock would make it easyer for them to level up their island and have extra time to do stuff rather than have to muti task and making them have to not limit their resources so much then they might donate and support the server more.

You cant really imply that "lazy" excuse because from what i have seen in towny and in the wild you can just baically sit and do nothing and make more money than anything and do nothing to achieve alot of stuff . But i do agree it does make things alot easyier but thats what we donated for not to have the same persk as everyone else

Mob grinders. tree farms, and alot of other stuff i use to do

 

But you actually have to be playing to use these things, you can't be AFK and also be using your mob grinder.

 

There are a lot of full automatic tree farms, mob grinders etc. You can afk your alt account all night using a laptop or minechat and sell the items you collect later on when you get to your computer. Adding to your "you can't be AFK and also be using your mob grinder" You actually can. I made a wither grinder in wild that has a fully automatic killing method. All that they drop are collected via hopper. I sell those items when I get on. So you can actually AFK while making money. Iron farms for example.

 

So we still haven't answered my question as to whether you would rather have feed, heal, etc, which do make skyblock a lot easier, or would you rather have new donor perks that replace them?

 

Which "perks" would those be?

 

An exclusive donor shop for items and enchantments not normally attained.
Exclusive Island types
Mob grinder
I'm open to ideas too

 

Separate thread? I would like to have these perks we currently have over new stuff any day.

/fill is NOT a perk in skyblock; stop saying it's an advantage (this would be a nonexistent advantage).

Until you ACTUALLY play skyblock more then antagonize others, I advise you to not call anyone "lazy". Getting food for me wouldn't be hard at all; all it would do is delay my progress on my island tenfold. Instead of getting 50-100 levels a day I would only get 25-50 since I have to go get food every day.

 

I'd say if getting food delays everything tenfold that would probably mean it's hard...

Yeah it will be more challanging if there was no /food /heal /fly It will be more fun.

 

I think /fix could be kept.
But infinite food and /heal are too OP.
