I've seen you a decent amount of times in game, and you were in my MeepTales. I've seen you active in forums aswell.
The app was not mature enough. It is a good quality as a staff member to be able to joke around, but it is even more important, even essential, to be able to become serious when the situation requires it. Your app and what I've seen of you just really don't show me that.

I'm quoting this post not to offend you, but as a reason for my decision.

You are immature. It is a statement, don't argue. You need to work to be more mature, your previous actions on forums have left you with a mean and rude reputation. To fix a bad reputation you must work very hard to do better. I haven't seen enough of this hard work of doing better that it changes my opinion of you at all.

You also seem to lack self confidence. Your comment that "I'll stop if you want" proves it. In order to do a job well, you have to have confidence, otherwise you can only do the job correctly at most; not above and beyond. If you lack self confidence, making decisions that may lead to controversy will literally make you crumble under pressure.

Lastly is you need to man up. The post I quote is negative criticism, or to be more correct; insults. I don't care how mean the comment may be, you should NEVER stoop as low as the attacker. Despite how it may make you feel, you must not argue. Just take what he said, and absorb it into a ball of thoughts of idgaf. If you tread on insults you will lose even more confidence, thinking they may be correct. This refers back to the post where you must be confident in yourself.

If you can't be confident in yourself and take criticism, you will not make it as staff. -1

I agree with all of this except being 10. We've had a supermod that was 9 (I don't remember who it was on the top of my head) and he was more mature than some people twice his age on Meep.

 

The fact isn't that he is ten; its that he acts ten.

 

Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that they were no 9, they were 11.

Yes, I am a kid, I accept that, but the fact you couldn't be mature enough to reply back to my post with a "you are right, that how does that affect you though" shows enough to me that you are not mature in the least. -Way to young. I don't care if your 10, thats great if you can be this well skilled, which in this case seems to be false, but honestly the reason that staff are here is to keep the server safe from little ones like you. You shouldn't be knowing curse words or sex refs at that age.

-Bad app. Let me go over some of your key points. To start half the time I couldn't understand what you meant due to your spelling, I thought you had some useless stuff in there that shouldn't relate to this at all, and the fact that you can get all A's in 5th grade shows nothing.

Overall, you gained a -1 from me and I don't think that unless you become more mature and fix this I will never even be close to giving you a 0

 

I could've sworn they were 9. But anyway, it doesn't matter. The point I'm trying to make is that age is not a factor in judging if a person is fit for staff.

 

The youngest staff, was highlanders, at 9. He was helper.
The youngest smod was megusta at 11.

Considering the fact that I've made two applications in the past three years, that seems kinda desperate. Oh yeah, one was during the period of which "trial-mod" was a rank.

Your spelling could greatly be improved, maturity could be improved some more.

IMO no kid should be spending 4-5 hours on a video game, go outside. This speaks for all of meepcraft, not just you.

Having teamspeak and skype is good. However to me it is a no contest...
