New mods

Hi meepers! As most of us know the mods we can use are:
Optifine
Mccapes
PotionstatusHUD
ArmourstatusHUD
TabbyChat

I think we should add the emote mod (or plugin idk), the Mo' Bends mod, the realistic pain mod, and the Mob amputation mod.

This is what they do:
Emote Mod/Plugin: In chat do /emote and then click one of the green words, you can do a ton of different emotes like head bobbing, face palm, and of course gangnam style!

Mo' Bends Mod: This is a whole different experience that lets you have realistic moves with basic keys.

Realistic Pain Mod: If you get hurt then blood starts appearing on your screen! Awesome right? Also you screen get smoky when your within the blast radius of tnt. If you kill a hostile or non-hostile mob they splat blood on the ground. Oh, and also when you get hurt where you were standing and walking blood drops on the ground. All the blood despawns very shortly.

Mob Amputation Mod: Ever wanted to amputate you enemy? Well now you can with the Mob Amputation Mod! This is one of my favorite mods! You can now amputate all hostile mobs (not sure about non-hostile) and you can even amputate players!

I think this would be great to add to the server! WARNING: If this gets accepted and you don't like body parts on the ground and don't like blood you shoulden't download this.

This isn't a forge server. All players would need the required mods to play the server and some computers are not capable of running such things. I know they are not CPU intensive mods but still. Do you mean for the one player? If you mean creating a forge server, it could work but it would be pretty laggy.

Mo bends mod needs to be in the server folder which means all players would need the mod. It is client side but it needs to also be in server mod. (From what I've learned when searching it up)

I don't see the point of realistic pain? It's just annoying, if you guys want your screen to be filled up with blood then be my guess, I won't stop you.

Wouldn't I have to have the emote mod to even see you make a facepalm? This would be pointless as like only 5% of the server would use it.

I can see other people using these mods, so it won't affect me if I don't have them. I'll just have a no vote. +/-

5% of the server using it? That is a lie. A lot of people would use it to probably spam the server chat. Regular players wouldn't want it. No point adding a spam machine to the server. Unless there is a time limiter for how many seconds the server chat can have an emote in it. Then, only then may it work.

 

Sorry, the very few people who install every mod that is listed. I'm talking less than 5%. Anyways, they could try to make a GUI. I'm not a tech but with coding, anything is possible. I'm still trying to figure out how this would affect normal players, as it will only appear on their screen and not on anyone else's. (unless you're talking about the console and if they do it too much it will crash etc.)

I took a quick peek on the internet, I'm not 100% sure that it is but I looked on other forums and people said it had to be in server folder.I didn't check the dates on the post so maybe they changed it or I'm just flat out wrong. You still would need the mod to even see the emotes still.

 

It doesn't show the hole server it just shows the player that did it. They can also add a timer

The point is the make the game more realistic and fun

 

I'm confused about this post, are we talking about the emote only being seen by you, (No one can see your facepalm emote) or we talking about selecting a command that can be seen only by you?

 

This seems like a suggestion for you than for the server - I see no real benefit to any of this. If you can put these mods on your client by yourself, and it wouldn't change anyone else's game or the server in any way, I don't see why not...
