Introduction: I'm Jdude5786, I've been playing Meepcraft a long time and recently reached the Supreme rank. I'm quite proud of the fact that I've only payed my own $40 to get to this point and like to think that I have a pretty good pulse on the general economy of Meepcraft.

I have a 7 month old son, a wife that rolls her eyes when I play meepcraft but buys me minecraft Tshirts so I can't really complain.

I like all types of video games but have recently been focusing on Meepcraft and Mech Warrior Online.

Why should you be Helper? People say I should be helper. I like to help people understand how Meepshop, chest stores, towny works. I try to help people out with commands if I know them.

What are your weaknesses? Lack of time to be online. (for a helper I'm not sure if that's a guaranteed no-go so I figured I'd apply.

Besides that I have no known weaknesses except kryptonite.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I'm pro at Minechat.

When I was 12 I wrote applications 10x stronger than this, you're 29 sitting wherever you are writing exactly 10 sentences on an application.

You're not active enough at all to fulfill the role of a helper. Also, the application was extremely weak and not taken seriously at all.

A) Just because they say that you should, doesn't mean that you should, and B) to me, this doesn't sound like you want to be helper, you're just applying because people say you should

I'm sure you probably have, but maybe you should read some of the other, larger applications, and use them as a model if you apply in the future.

Just as nhjed said, when I last applied for helper, I put hours into that...and I'm 14. If a 12-14 year olds are writing apps better than a 29 year old adult thats sad. It looks like it took you at the most 5 minutes to write that. Considering its only 160 words (excluding all the stuff at the top) and apps I've wrote are over 1000 words long...Plus you aren't active, your why section was 3 sentences long, thats sad.

Oh I love all the hate.

First, this server has received $160 dollars in donations due to my playing on it. My $40 statement was meant to imply that I work hard (earning 12+ million meebles doesn't happen overnight). Second, This is an application, not an explanation of my life history. All I'm really stating in this application is that I'm willing to be interviewed because people think I'm helpful (definition of helper). I'll continue to help people out whether or not they decide to interview me.

I love this one. What's rude about this application? Why do applications have to be long? Why does this application make me immature? Was it the superman joke? The Why part is the honest part. I want to help. That's it. I don't wanna be mod, or architect or anything else I want to help. I also have lots of experience in Towny and with shops so that's where I'd like to focus my helping.

Its not hate. Maybe try to think that some people are giving advice. I would think a twenty-nine year-old would accept all the feedback. Another reason why people consider you immature.

lol. A majority, if not all, of the people on forums have donated some amount of money. And for the application part, it's an application. We WANT to know things about you, so we can trust you as a staff member. tbh, if I knew close to nothing about a current staff member, I wouldn't trust them as much. You trust us with facts about you, we trust you to help run the server/make the server a better place for new or older members. Everyone who applies is willing to be interviewed. Now, as Zoe stated, just because people say so, doesn't mean you should. The definition of helper, in the servers point of view, is someone who is willing to dedicate their time and attention to the server, helping new and old players in a respectful and friendly manner, while also having a good time doing it.

You focus your helping on /modreqs, just not one aspect of the server. This application itself doesn't make you immature, its how you are responding to your current comments which make you immature, and rude. Everyone who -1 is currently giving you constructive critisism.

Zoe is saying by this "be less rude, work on being respectful to other players and their opinions" Read inbetween the lines.
Applications SHOULD be long, because it shows that you are a potential staff member. Details like where your from, some of your hobbies, likes and dislikes, music interests, views on controversial topics, and more are things that help players in the community that don't know you that well get to know you, so incase they run across you on TeamSpeak, they have something to talk about. Knowing things about potential staff/current staff make me more comfortable around them when they help me.
Right now, you are being quite ignorant to those trying to help. Your why section was 3 sentences. I want to know how well you can be trusted with the commands you are given, leadership examples (things from work, being a coach for something, or just examples of how you are or were trusted with a postion that came with some sort of power), how well you work with others, are you a people person? These things help decide if you should be a helper or not. A lot more goes into those decisions than you think.

Now I'm just gonna critique your application.

Alright, just minechat? You aren't ingame at all (on computer) during the weekdays? and only 1-2 hours eachday for the weekends?

This tells me nothing about you, okay, you have a son (whos adorable btw), you're married, you're supreme. What about your personality, are you nice, can you be rude sometimes? Easily annoyed? Likes and dislikes? Some depth into who you are, would be nice.

Three sentences. Out of a 29 yearold, I would expect more, since you are older and there are a lot of kids that play on here, I would like to think of you as a role model for others that want to be helper. Again, leadership examples? Why you should be trusted with the helper commands? It makes sense to know all/most the commands for the things you listed, by the way.

This was not necessary. What are your actual weaknesses, everyone has them, you aren't special.
