Remove Caps Filter in /msg

    You cannot post some links in /msg because the caps filter changes repeated capital letters to lowercase.

    While we're at it, can we allow "youtu.be" in links? Because that's what's in the link for youtube videos, not "youtube".

    No I've had that happen before where it comes up as an error when I open the link because one of the letters wasn't capitalized. I agree with this change.
