-1 like many people said who the hell are you? Don't even understand how the heck you got helper. You are hurt because everyone you got helper with others and they got mod! But it doesn't matter anymore what I think, if you suck up to staff you will get mod!

Haven't seen you online but I believe because of the phenomenon known as Timezones. For the people of meepcraft that don't know. Timezones are places where the times are different because of the place you are on Earth. You may be sleeping but it may be day for another person.

Zoe, I think you are very kind. We haven't really met in-game but every-time I see you in shout you seem really nice. I view this as the biggest priority for a helper so I'm very glad that you are able to be so kind to players. The next best priority, in my opinion, is management of the staff tools. You indicated that you still don't completely feel comfortable using prism; which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it shows you think before you make an action which is really good! You also indicated that you need more time studying the rules list with ban and fee information. I've seen the list myself and I know how long it is, so there's no problem with not knowing it 100% it's good that you keep trying, I always had a rule tab open when I was staff so I'd never mess up . You seem fully competent as a staff member because of the qualities stated above, but I have a few questions/suggestions.

I think a few of your fellow helpers just graduated up to moderators. I can understand how frustrating it can be to see this while being there longer than the others. But I want you to ask yourself if you really feel confident for moderator duties? *There's no need to answer that here. As a Mod other helpers will look to you for advice, you should know all the necessary elements to answer their questions legitimately and without repercussions. I'd be sad to see you become overwhelmed once you got the promotion. It would have been amazing if you were able to fix all of your current weaknesses before making this application. You would have shown that you have the complete confidence and know-how to become a moderator. I think you have the personality of a great staff member, you just need to improve your technical skills. Once you can show that you are fully confident in your abilities I'd gladly give you a +1. In the few days after posting that application, I have become more comfortable with prism (thank you xtJunior, and Devilspawn112) and banning. Banning is still kinda hard, but all I really needed to do, I found out, was believe in myself. I never thought I could do prism, so I never really tried. Turns out, its actually a lot easier than I thought! I could use a little more work on it, though

 

I feel as though it would be better to stay as helper for now. Currently, based on previous experiences before I *mostly* quit, I found you a bit immature. However, you seemed nice and all, but new and seemingly unconfident in yourself. You don't have to take things at the same pace as others- in example one new helper does 500 modreqs but mostly easy tasks that can be msged or mailed easily, but you do 100 but almost perfectly. The thing is, I think you're a bit like the first example I gave, going a little too fast. Personally, you should need more experience than what you have right now, because your duties as a Mod are different than that of a Helper. Newer helpers will ask tons of questions (like me), if you aren't prepared and know the answer to most of the questions, I just don't think you would work out as a Mod.

Today I tpa'd you to me to search up a very simple thing. You were unable to do it and had to get xtJunior, a moderator. If you cannot do Prism yet, you shouldn't be applying.

I'd love for you to tell me how you've become more comfortable with Prism because in my opinion, you're still very weak with it. Also, if banning is still hard, you should wait until you're comfortable with it, THEN apply for mod.

Also, when you posted your app and people started commenting, you kinda freaked out because people were giving you -1's. I thought that was very unprofessional of a staff member to do, especially in a public channel on Teamspeak.

To be honest, you really need to learn Prism, because you say you got staff before some new mods, but you seem a lot less knowledged with how to be a staff member, and I think you really need to learn if you want to keep being a staff member, let alone mod.

If you ever want to learn Prism, I remember everything about it. So unless new things were added, I can really help you. Or, better yet, get a supermod (or supermods) and maybe even an admin and go into a Teamspeak channel for 30 minutes - 1 hour and really learn Prism and discuss with them any issues they see with you as a staff member. Maybe even retrain, but do whatever you can to improve as a staff member, before it's too late.

Overall, I think you just applied for mod because others were doing so, or because people told you to. You weren't ready, but you did it anyway. Maybe even for the power, I don't know. You aren't ready yet, and I really don't feel comfortable with you as a moderator right now.
