Introduction: Hey guys, its Zoe. I am a happy, fun, spunky, 13 year old. I have had the pleasure of becoming a part of the staff team, and now, I want to take it to the next level. Once the school year starts, I will be in 7th grade. I enjoy all sports, and most video games, as well as socializing with my friends. Working with the staff has been so fun, and every time I log in, I can’t wait to help people. Answering Moderqs was actually more fun then I thought it would be.
Over the summer, I am being a CIT at some of the camps I used to go to when I was even younger, as well as taking a few trips. I’m always trying to play on Meep for a certain amount of time each day, or finish a certain amount of Modreqs each day.

Why you should be Mod? Why you should be Mod? I have been Helper for a while now, and I absolutely love it. Working with the staff team is a total dream for me, and I want to up my experience by becoming Mod. I have done over 200 Modreqs, loving the responses I got from (mostly) satisfied players.
I have been on Meep for around 2 years, and I have never gotten bored. I did take a 4 month break a while back, but then I got a new computer and started playing twice as much as I used to. I’m always trying to get ig, on teamspeak, and forums.
I am/will be on a lot this summer, since I am not too busy. I do have a few trips, but nothing that will change my activity drastically. Right now, I try to get on at least 4+ hours a day, and usually, I can do that. I am on teamspeak whenever I can (I love to talk) and I’m on usually at least 30 minutes a day, and forums at least 1 hour.
Whenever I am on, I am trying to connect with my community around me. I use global, and try to keep up with the friends I’ve made on this server by using /pm or doing something with them like mini games. I spend the majority of my time helping people with Modreqs, but when I can, I take a break and talk with people.I have had experience teaching the new helpers learn new commands with prism, while at the same time, learning how to use it myself. Prism though, is a weakness for me. I am still trying to get the hang of it. I ask for help sometimes, and other times, I go the long way around to get the answer I need. I know the basic commands (towny, creative, arcade, etc, etc) and those are usually the only ones I need to use. The main thing that helps me (and may help you, too) when it comes to commands is to know the command to see the commands. Like /pwarp help shows all the pwarp commands, and /pholo help shows pholo commands, etc, etc. Just because I’m staff doesn’t mean I know everything. Sometimes I refer to /help, if thats what I need to do. Its better than being wrong.
I feel I am very easy to talk to. I listen to other people, hearing whats wrong, and find out the best way to tell them what to do. In my last application, people said that maybe I should try to be a bit more firm, so I have been working on that. I aim not to sugar coat things, and to tell people my honest answer. I enjoy using all types of communication (in game, forums, Skype and teamspeak) teamspeak the most. I love using my voice to talk to people. To me, it gives more meaning to the conversation. Sometimes, people don't like my service, and they get upset with me. I tell them that what I have done for them is the best of my abilities. Sometimes, they get mad. Sometimes, I will kick them because they are too hyped up. These are not a lot of people, but they are there.
I advertise the server in real life. I tell my friends the IP and help them get started. I have a few friends on right now that I am teaching how to play, including my brother. I participate in global discussions, teampseak discussions, Skype discussion, and forum discussions, so I know a lot of whats going on. When I am not in game helping with modreqs, I am on forums, or Skype. I like how the most of people feel comfortable talking to me. I'm not this big, scary, Staff member that is better then you. I am an equal. I enjoy helping/hearing about the new things that will be implemented (IE: Head shop, and MeepPets) and look forward to when people in Meepcraft can use them.

What are your weaknesses? I think I could use a bit more training on banning players. I never did get trained for that, i just asked for help when I had to file a reported ban. Whenever I have to tempban someone, I still feel uneasy reporting it. This would be an issue because I may not do the correct ban for the correct time then might not put the correct refund in, causing some controversy. I an working on this though, by studding the guides I have.
I am also not totally comfortable with prism. I can use a bit more work on the complicated stuff, but I have most of the basics down, and most of the time, thats all I need.
Some people still don’t know me. I try to be happy and nice when they say “Who is Zoe89?” and answer in a very happy way, but sometimes, I have issues with people who don’t know who I am. It usually works out in the end, though.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Whether or not this application gets accepted, I will still be learning, helping, and being active. I will always be trying to help people–doesn’t matter if they file a Modreq or not. It can be in global, private message, local chat–you name it. If they need help. I will help them to the best of my abilities.
I stated earlier, but this summer I will have a few trips, but not anything that would affect my ig time drastically.

No, its just that people said it was too soon, so I just wanted to state that the other new Mods were Helper for a shorter amount of time because some people were saying that I was going too fast. Sorry for the miss-understanding.

I don't really ever see you on or doing much.
You say you've done 200 modreqs which is good. But the modreq you did for me you left midway through.
I think its a bit too soon but good luck.

Zoe You are a great friend, from what I've seen I think you are doing a great job as helper. Though I've actually barely seen you on, guessing it's just timezones. A little too soon, maybe wait a week or two. Also, when I do see you online you aren't that active in /g (Just my opinion don't take it badly or whatever ) so just try getting involved more. I know staff is a big job and you are doing modreqs behind all the /shout but when you can do get involved
