A suggestion from the Meep Times Team

We put forth the suggestion: let us post our weekly edition of the Meep Times in the news section. This is a far shot but please consider it.

I believe articles need a character minimum for one thing, also I will point out that although you guys are doing a fantastic job of entertaining us, the front page is reserved for actual valid news stories devoid of bias and opinion.
It may not be the best idea to give a gang of previously banned players and pseudo-alts access to the front page.
Maybe that could be fixed by making adding an approval process, but then you are adding more workload onto admins. -1

Also I'm pretty sure if high staff is assembling a true media arm, news updates will be more frequent and fruitful, not to mention the level of writing would naturally be better.

 

I will be starting to write for the Meep Times. I believe that I can contribute without bias and report from a neutral point of view. I try to keep my posts as easy to read as possible without throwing in too many "big words". I suggest the article can be checked by any staff member before it is published in order to ensure that we don't have any problems. I personally believe that this would be a wonderful thing as kind of an "official" MeepCraft newspaper, but I'm not sure if the current team can be trusted to represent the entirety of the server, as the bias problem lingers.

It is definitely not out of the question, but I just think that giving permissions to people who aren't staff to post in the News section might not go through well with many of the staff. I support it with my own opinion, as I hold to the belief that I am a trustworthy person who will not be posting any content not supposed to be there, but if the staff have objections to this, I understand.
