Introduction: Hello I am Joe (joe123l) and I'm 14 years old. I joined MeepCraft sometime in 2012 and have been playing for a while. I play many sports, I play guitar, and I enjoy fishing every once in a while. the MeepCraft community is what has kept me here for so long. I stayed with the server through MN and I'm glad that MN is gone and that the server is growing rapidly. I really enjoy the Towny world and I own 2 towns. I also enjoy the SkyBlock world when its up. I do play mini games occasionally and I really enjoy the Hunger games when I can play it.

Why should you be Helper? I think that I should be helper because I believe in supporting the server and helping it grow. the main reason I want to be helper is that I want to help the community grow and maintain peace. when someone asks me a question I try to answer it the best I can. I do know a decent amount of commands but I am not the person that knows all of the commands and I don't think that should be expected of anyone. I want to be a useful staff member and not one that barely helps anyone.

What are your weaknesses? I have many weaknesses that can be improved I am not perfect and neither is anyone else
- I'm not that active on forums or Team Speak: although I play on the server as much I can I am not very active on forums or TS. I go on there occasionally but not much. that is something I'm trying to improve
- I am shyish- I don't think that this is a weakness but just incase some people think I am shy I just want to make it known because I do not type in chat 24/7
- if I think something is wrong I will be sure that I make everyone know that. if someone says something false then I will fight it out with them until ether they realize that its correct or I realize I am wrong
- Skype: I don't have a Skype but I can make one very easily
- Maturity: even though I have matured over the years maturity can sometimes be a issue. I do play very serious sports that require a lot of maturity but there maybe a difference in definition for sports maturity and just being a mature person. I don't think its a HUGE weakness but I am going to say something because it could be a helpful thing to know

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I am a fast learner and I would love to be part of the staff and help players out that need assistance. I do enjoy feedback and I will take note of anything you have to say

your weaknesses shouldn't be longer than your intro and why combined.

also, if you want to be helper, not being shy is important.

you also need not "fight it out with them". It's immature and annoying, and need to let it go.

 

like I said I don't consider myself to be shy...
when I say fight it out I mean I say what is correct, its their choice to believe me or not. and I don't think I need to make a huge intro I don't think its necessary...

you said you consider yourself shyish. That's different from saying that you're not shy.
"fight it out" gives a different vibe than what you say you meant.
I agree that the intro doesn't need to be huge, and I think it's good that your weaknesses section is so long, it means that you're honest. The point I was getting at is that your why needs to be the longest part of the app. The first two sentences in you why are pretty much the same, but worded differently. also, it doesn't include any specific reasons about why you're special or better than the next guy. you need to offer something unique for the server, not just a generic "I want to be useful".

anyway, I'm not trying to bully you or make you feel bad, but these are things that you should change in the future, should you get denied and reapply.

Comments are on Purple, things which are bad are on red.

Overall the app was ok, but introduction and why were lacking. Also, you were away for months, and you just returned. You should build up activity for month or two before applying for Staff, and most of people don't even know who you are because of your inactivity. I suggest you build your activity in all 3 aspects of the server, help IG, and correct some things, like your age on your profile.

The age thing was because when I made the account it said I was too young so I had to make up a age so I could make it
I did make a Skype but I can't change it to say I did. And the date I joined I did according to /res I did join in 2012 but I didn't know the exact month

Id like to see you a bit more active post your return to MeepCraft. Spend some more time in game, forums etc. Re-apply no sooner then 2 weeks. Denied
