Some ranks need more Perks? [Parachutes]

Disclaimer: Please excuse my grammar and use of words. If I offend anyone/anything in anyway, I assure you it was a mistake and was not intended.

Recently, I have heard a lot about ranks like Ultimate and Supreme aren't getting a lot for what they payed for and they want more perks. Well, we could add a lot more tiny perks right? Like a simple uhmm, cheaper prices at the meep shop, or maybe an extra soup in kitpvp, or a shorter recharging time of heal. Idk, those are small perks. But what I have noticed is that some ranks don't have big perks.

I suggest that we should add another big perk to some rank (citizens included), but that will be your choice (and obviously the staff's as well) in the comments if you agree. What I am suggesting here is an example of a big perk that could be taken into consideration.

Parachutes --

Parachutes are a really cool, simple, and basically lag-free perk. They are also really easy to use (Depending on how the developers implement them, for the most part it's simple).

For example:

1. Do /parachute
2. Select your design
3. Right click to deploy and jump off a skyscraper overlooking a canyon filled with flowers

Why would your suggestion benefit meepcraft? It would add another perk to make players feel they have what is worth for the amount of money they payed for especially for ranks that complain about not having enough stuff. Aside from that, it's just plain cool and nice to have, not to mention fun to use as well.
Who would this benefit? I think that everyone should have this perk including citizens. That way they all have access to do the same thing. However, to make use of the rank system, we can add 1-3 different designs for each rank that the lower ranks could not have access to. Or, just make it so a certain rank+ has all the designs and everything below had nothing including access to use parachutes. This is ultimately left for the staff to decide, I am simply suggesting an idea.
About how long will this take to be implemented, if it is accepted? I feel like it should take a day or two at the most. It's a simple plugin with easy configuration to who has access to use it.
Would this cause more lag? I doubt it because you are simply gliding (falling) in a much slower pace.

I believe it is possible to add different designs using the new feature of custom banners. If it is not, we can of course just keep it plain using an array of cobwebs or chickens (I know that is possible for sure). However, I personally think different designs and colors would be cool to implement.

I like the idea, and maybe you can open up a GUI and buy different parachute designs with meebles?
(of course, you already donated it for a perk but still could get money out of eco if that's still an issue or not)

What if we allow Ultimates to customize our own parachutes if possible?

 

One minute.. Ultimates have /fly, they don't really need this.

 

Considering it's kinda useless for ultimate's, I'd suggest this for supreme+. Kinda like half of /fly, and it's half the price of ultimate.

However, I've never seen parachutes before, but on many servers I have seen hang gliders! And they are so nice! And I'd honestly prefer them.

Supreme already has fly, its just restricted to one direction.

+1 for all ranks, we could do a thing where say citizen gets a default, vip gets two designs, premium three, exclusive four, etc.

 

It would be a interesting feature. Even better if the coders can figure out a way to stick banner designs on them for higher ranks. +1. Some ranks are really lacking features.

Yeah, I was just stating that was what I had supported. I didn't support where a certain rank+ would get it.

Yup. If its possible in vanilla minecraft, it's definitely possible with a plugin.

 

Also , I would love to be able to base jump off the Burj Khalifa at /t spawn Grandeur or French's Eiffel Tower.
