When did you join Meepcraft?
I joined meepcraft about a week ago. ( I know Its not a long time but I started to automatically fall in love with the server after my friend showed it to me and we played on his account for about 7 hours strait).

Introduction:
Hi, My name is Aidan Gauthier. I live In new york city and I am 13 years old. My hobbies include Swimming, Dancing, gymnastics, Acting and Computer animations. I am a strait A student and everyone practically loves me. I love to bake and plan to be a professional baker or actor. I am a male (obviously) and I have 3 sisters. One is Savanna (The oldest), maria (middle) and me and my sister Brittney both 13 (Were twins). I guess I fit into more of the "nerd kid group in my school.

Why should you be Helper?
I think I should become a helper because I love to provide help to other players on other servers and I help whether I am a helper or not. I also think I should become a helper because I show a lot of dedication to the server and dedicate most of my day to play and help on the server also being able to be active in chat and on the forums, to help with reports and so forth. I feel like if I become a helper if I find something to report such as a scam or a illegal trade I can deal with it myself since I am a helper myself instead of wasting time waiting for a another helper to come on to deal with the problem when they could be dealing with another report. So we would get through with report's quicker which saves time. Some helpers are active unlike others because of their outside life that they have. I am 13 years old and don't really have an outside life yet because I am pretty young so I can dedicate more time to help the server. Besides being active I show a lot of character traits that helpers have such as being reliable, responsible, respectful, helpful, honest, trustworthy, friendly and etc. Even though I may be 13 I am more reliable, mature and responsible then a lot of people older than me. I am also not very familiar with most of the players on the server and have been realizing that they have been needing a helper help plenty of times but there are none on. So I think I can provide help for the time being until another helper comes on. I am also very fast with replying to players that message me with problems concerns or things they need so I can reply in a instant instead of having them have to wait for a reply.

What are your weaknesses?
I really don't have that much weaknesses except some things. One of my weaknesses are that im not so good with the whole "Team speak" thing. Ive never even known how to get onto team speak in my life and Im planning on but nobody on the server would tell me. Another weakness is that I cant really control myself in under pressure moments because I just get to stressed and I need to have more control. I think my only other weakness is that Im not that smart with servers yet because I started playing minecraft like a year ago so Im pretty knew and dont know how alot of the servers on the server work yet.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: One thing... Skype I dont have a lot of time to go on skype because I'm so busy with all of my extra curricular activities. I cant always talk on skype because My mom might find out (She doesn't even know I have skype). So all I'm saying is that If I'n a skype call most of the time I cant talk.

Get more active please and don't say that your only weakness's are "commands" epically in world edit as you most likely won't be using W/E. No one is perfect.

• Loved the application. One of the stronger i've seen and it looks like you put effort in it.
• I believe you need to take time to explore the server and learn more about it before taking the step into the helper position.
• I haven't seen you around much so maybe I will get to meet you sometime in the future.
• Try being more active on the forums, teamspeak, and the server and applying in the future. I don't feel you're ready as of right now.

Your application seemed ok, but you REALLY REALLY need teamspeak. I'd be willing to guide you through downloading/setting it up if you want.

 

You sound like a nice genuine person and if thats all it took to be helper, I would be plus oneing you right now.
In reality with the helper role you need to know almost every aspect of the server and I just dont belive anybody can take in that much information within a week. I dont even know it all, and im approaching 3years.
If you have indeed mastered all the aspects of the server we need to see it. Shout more, get noticed.
I wish you well but this will be a fail. Dont let this get you down. You will be stronger for it.
Learn from what others tell you. Let them guide you, improove you and one day you will be a real asset to the team. Gl in future applications.

forums wise; yesterday is not enough as I'd a month as well, and try getting enough trophy points for at least member
activity? yeah I've seen you about 2 or 3 times online just get a bit more popular

2 years? I hope you mean 2 months? If he dedicates his time on all places on the server, and makes an app as good as this, I'll be +1'ng him.

The application was a lot, and I mean a LOT, better than some of the others I've seen. (Especially since this is your first app)

Get to know the community better by posting on the forums, talk in game more, and install Teamspeak (I think there is one in the unofficial guide section on the forums, will link to it) Hopefully you have a mic otherwise you can type in the chat bar in TS. (Recommended you have a mic though)

You wouldn't be the first one to come on and instantly fall in love w/ it. The fact is, I've been here on and off for almost 2 years. I recently just ended my ~4 month burn-out from Minecraft, but when I came back I wanted to become staff again instantly (this was like a week ago). Give it time. If after a month or two you still want to become a staff member, and don't mind taking on the role, apply again.

Your app was good but add more in the introduction section, tell us about your self, what you like to do etc.
Teamspeak is a must, go to this link "http://meepcraft.com/threads/how-to-connect-to-meep-ts3.13720/" as it will provide you with guide on how to get teamspeak. Teamspeak is used for interviews, staff discussions and other important staff business.
If you get denied wait like a month or so before you re-apply (in this time period get to know people, get to know the server better and just have fun)
Dont forget to increase activity on forums.

other than that I think you will be a great staff, just work on activity and getting teamspeak and you will have my +1
