Town "Hangout" gone "WILD"

I logged on to Meepcraft on 5/20/15 and discovered my town was reset to "wild" and I could not open my chests. I asked for admin help and it was suggested that I try to purchase my town again, which worked, but now I'm out of some serious meebles and broke. Can somebody tell me what happened, how I can prevent it from happening again, and possibly help me get my meebles back?

 

flibergdde, your town fell into ruins. There's not enough meebles on the town bank which is why it fell and turned into the wild, an unclaimed chunk. To prevent it from happening again, keep track of your town bank and how much is the upkeep daily. You can't get your meebles back, sorry but your town is your responsibility. Enjoy!

- Get a /jobs and go to /warp wild
- Maybe someone need help? Like clear a plot. So just sign up for that
- Vote
- Go on minigames like HG and spleef and that

Maybe you should have read the /warp tutorial very carefully.

 

Flibergdde the best way I can explain it is that in exchange for meepcraft keeping your town protected and safe you have to pay the server a fixed amount per day for that town. Each plot costs 65 per day so if you have 10 plots in your town you owe the server 650 meebles per day. When you make a town you should always have more than 200k. At least 220k. when you create the town immediately type "/t deposit 20000" to put 20000 meebles into your bank. Also when you claim additional plots it cost money. I think it's about 1000? but can't remember for sure. Don't claim a bunch of plots at first I usually just do 3 or 4 and build a house/farm/etc on those plots to start earning as much money as I can from the town to pay the town fees. Tree farms can be profitable but you have to spend a lot of time chopping and selling to /warp shop or other peoples pwarp shops. Anyways let me know if you need some towny help ingame.
