Introduction: I am Izarapaw. I have never been staff before unfortunately because I never loved a server so much that I wanted to help. I am mayor of a town in alpha called MysticShadows which is currently a Large Town with 19 players and two embassy plots. I play minecraft every day in order to keep up with my town's upkeep and to just build beautiful and useful things and to make my town's residents feel at home. I also love the parkour and I have completed part of the flower parkour and the whole of the Ultimate City parkour.

Why you should be Helper? I should be a helper because I have brilliant people skills, mostly because I own a successful town, and I have good knowledge about the server games and worlds since I've played and visited them all daily. I am extremely active so I will be online frequently and I should be useful for dealing with players which could be a bit more trickier to handle. I am also good at helping people out if they have been victim to something bad such as a scam or if something cruel has been said to them and if they are very upset I should be good at comforting them and being positive about the problem.

What are your weaknesses? I should think that my only weaknesses are how I'm so young (unfortunately) and I live in England. However, I am on for a huge proportion of the day and I'm usually on quite late at night sometimes as well which shouldn't make my time zone too much of a problem.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I have a close, active friend on the server called Lionessclaws, who is my real life best friend, and she should be on most times so if I am not online for a long amount of time she should probably be able to explain to you why.

The app was okay, really, could be better but also could be worse.
However, for your age, it was actually pretty nice.
I suggest talking more in the chats, getting more active on TS.
Also, skype is required. there are several group skype chats with updates and things necessary to read in order to do the job well. (I'm talking like way over 2-3K messages a day. it's crazy.)

you're probably right. I think I'm just going to give up trying to be a helper. Although I tried to train myself I don't think I am good enough.

 

Advice for next time: Become more well-known, more activity, and get a skype.
