Your app doesn't look very good, lots of errors with word choices and grammar. Could use more explanation to not confuse readers and explain yourself.

Honestly, right now I see your determination and your desire to become staff; however, I see that you are not that helpful. I see that you want this job, but I don't think you are ready for a few reasons. You are pretty immature. You are constantly bugging staff and players and you don't seem like you know what you are doing let alone being a good staff member. That is why you are immature. You seem very desperate. You are constantly applying every month, but I personally see no difference from the last time you applied to now. I don't see you helping. It could be giving out free food, helping people in tutorial, or even just answering a simple question in shout. All of these reasons above show me that you seem far from ready. I would like to see some strong and big improvements before I will be ready to give you a +1. Work on the things I listed in this comment and I will happily support an application later on.

I haven't seen you helping, or online as a matter of fact (probably timezones) But based on the other comments on this thread, my vote is a

If you cannot be on for 7 days out of 30 days every month, I don't think you can handle the responsibility of staff right now.

 

There is not doubt you want to be staff for your own reasons everyone was really upset when your application for a while ago got put in the interview folder.

This is denied, the reason being is at this time, and for the forseeable future we feel you may not be a good fit. The reason is just general immaturity, we feel you're going to be overloaded by the workload, won't be able to handle it well. One prime example is the consistent "Help tp quick!" instead of filing a modreq.

I would suggest spending the next few months just enjoying the game, and down the road we may be able to revisit this.
