Horse Race Tournament

Okay, I'm gonna make this quick but this is going to be a Tournament where everyone who wants to participate in this event will have their own Horse / private Stable to store your Super horses. This event will be taking place in Beta. I have been working on a Stadium that we will use to host the horse race.

Rules:

1. You are allowed to bring your horses if you can if you are Ultimate you will be able to /fly your horse with a lead if you would like to have a very good Horse (Remember this is in Beta!)
   
   2. Any type of Cheating like jumping through the barrier and across the field will end in a Disqualification.
   
   3. When you are told to get into your places with your horses you are to do so if you do not follow if will lead in a Disqualification.
   
   4. Any types of Speed pots of any sort will also end in a Disqualification.
   
   5. (This is for Ultimate) If there is any type of /fly and leading your horse in the air to the finish line will also end in a Disqualification.

6. There will be 3 round. It will start with 15 players who ever wins the most out of the 3 rounds will win but if there is 3 people and each of you have won each round it will be a stand off between the 3 of you.

Is there a special place for everyone to store horses, where they won't be stolen? If so, could I have to coords for the place so I can start transporting my horse?
