This is literally the worst app I've ever seen. No offense, but I think you will be denied, since the app was so short and it lacked with information. You didn't tell us anything about you, literally nothing. You have weaknesses that everyone else has too, you need to tell your weakness which might affect to your job as staff member, like are you immature? Do you get angry easily? Or are you too lazy and leave your duty to others?
Your Why was very lacking, it didn't tell how you stand out from all other people aiming to Staff. Also, seems you want Helper only for power, 'cause of this:

You don't become Helper just because you quite like to be, you needs to have strong desire and idea what you are doing. Helper's job is not a walk in a park, its harsh and requires time and brains. You are only 10, which means you must be quite immature and young. I do not see you becoming Helper, not today, not this week, or this year. Maybe at next year, or a lot later when you're older.
-1, sorry but Staff will auto-deny this 'cause you don't even have Skype or TS which are important and needed.

I spent more time putting notes in your app than you probably put in your app. Look in accepted apps for examples of what they look like.

You need to be active on forums, IG in global, and on TS. TS is required because interviews and meetings are held there and it's good to be active there anyways.

This was literally what I thought when I saw this.
But, he's 10. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know how to type big paragraphs yet. Just pointing this out.

 

The youngest helper was 9.
If he puts in the effort, he can write a good, or even on-par app.

What? Your helping because you care not because you would like it that clearly shows you want power and to be "cool" because your helper. It took me a minute to read this and other apps it takes me 10-20 minutes.
Why would you want to be "well known" by being helper its not about that its about helping.
What im getting from this is all you want is for your self being staff isn't a piece of cake like how you think.

Hey boombox123, I have talked to you ingame a bit and you're a great guy but, before you fill out a staff app you should try reading other staff apps.
Yours was very short and Ts and Skype are required you would have seen both of these things if you would have checked out a few other apps.
