Introduction: Hello there Meepers! My name is Landon but most of you can me Land, Lando and Landon. I am thirteen years old and live in the United States of America.

I enjoy playing sports such as baseball and basketball. I have been playing baseball for seven years/ seasons and for basketball I have been playing for seven years/seasons too. If you want more information about my sports you can go to my last application.

In school, I am on seventh grade and am an honor student. I also take Spanish which is a high school level class.

Why you should be Helper? Experience: I have had no real experience as a staff member in minecraft. While I help people outside of minecraft, I have no real experience in minecraft. I would like to start my staff experience here at
Meepcraft. In my 2 years of playing
Meepcraft. I feel like I know most of the rules and commands.

Work ethic: My work ethic is very good. I like to get everything done in a timely manner. I do not like to make excuses unless it's an actual one like, I wasn't at school that day. I work good in groups and let everyone to have their voice and opinion about something. I am not one of those people that sit down and do nothing either. I am a diligent worker here at Meepcraft. I try my best in everything I do and try to make it better. Even when I am working by my self, I still try as hard as I can to get it done.

This would help as a staff member because sometimes they work alone, sometimes they work together. No matter what though, most staff members try their hardest in their work.

Dedication:
I have been on Meepcraft for about 2 years. I have donated a lot of money too. I play for a long time. My record is about 13 hours of straight playing!
Right when I get off IG, I am usually on skype or the forums. I wake up at 6:00 every weekday just to play on Meepcraft!

Involvement: I like helping people a lot. I talk in shout, message and local chat a lot. I am on Skype a lot and teamspeak not so much. I always like to communicate with the members of meepcraft! If someone ever asks for help, I will always help them as long as I see the message they are saying.

Performance: If someone asks a question in shout, message, local chat or somewhere else, I will be glad to answer it or help them. It makes me feel like a better person when I help people so I like to do it as much as I can. I don't always pay attention to shout so everyone now it then I miss some but otherwise, if it's in message or local chat I usually answer it. I will try working on looking at shout more.

Justification: I know I am ready to become part of the staff team. I know I have what it takes to do all the work a staff member needs to do! I have memorized every single rule and most of the commands on the top of my head. I could help the community a lot and am ready to step up.

What are your weaknesses? Weaknesses: I am not always allowed to come on. There are probably 7 days I can't go on. Baseball affects me a lot too. I have games from 5:30-8:30 or later, and practices from 4:30-8:15. I also have school so that may make me not to be able to come on a few days a month. This would affect me because if I have modreqs for cases to do I may not be able to contribute to them that particular day. My activity on teamspeak isn't the best but it is decent. I am on there a few time a month but will try to work on it. My house is very loud so it's hard to hear people and for them to hear me. When my parents aren't home or it's quiet then I usually go on teamspeak.

I know you are helpful, but how you handled that guy yesterday (even if he was slandering) was immature. I see you want to help, but I don't see you helping as much as you make money. For now I'll stay neutral, good luck.

I personally never see you on teamspeak, which may or may not be a timezone problem, although considering I am sometimes on pretty late I'll consider that one a little iffy. On top of that, your conduct on the forums lately has been far from that of a staff member's, and immaturity is quite clearly a huge issue here. The application was far from good, (not talking about what you wrote, talking about terrible grammar, bad structure and disorganisation) you having applied many times should know by now that having a good application plays a big role in getting accepted.

Probably timezones but I'm not on teamspeak a lot. My grammar isn't the best either. Also my last application was good, I just couldn't use it again. It explained everything so I couldn't use it. That's why it isn't the best. Thanks though

 

Very friendly guy, helpful, I don't really bother about actvivity because its ok if you are on meep for a few hours each day, because I know meep cannot be someones life so good luck lando

straight away in your app I had something to doubt. You say in your intro 'look back at my past app'. That app was denied, we want to know what u are like now not then. It just seems like u are too lazy to write about a few extra things. Does that mean that you will be too lazy to finish a modreq properly? 'Go look at the tutorial'.
I also thing your app, as a whole, lacked. That being in quality, grammar.

Month. A month is 30 days so 30-7=23. Most people have lives and that is still 23 days. Sorry if I sound a little rude. Thanks

 

I honestly think you are completely unfit for staff. You apply and apply and apply and it doesn't work out. -1.
