How I Make My Signatures

It's a matter of resolution. You can change a whole picture if it has 300 resolution. If it's a picture taken on the web, it's probably 72 (any normal human being that knows what he's doing will put it at 72). As for this guy's signature it's not too big, it's the font that are barely readable. If he put the text on a brither color or something that will let it "breath" more, then his signature would look perfectly fine.

Right click the image and click 'copy image URL' instead of copying the web browser link.
