Introduction: Hey Everyone. Most of you know me by now as KlutchDecals, Some by Ron if you use TS regularly. I own the town of Hyrule in Alpha and share Lovesosa in beta. I’ve been Helper for a few weeks and love every minute of it. I graduated a few years ago with a degree in graphic arts and started Klutch Decals. I’ve since moved away from the decal thing to follow my dreams. I now work as a police officer in New Jersey and am hoping to someday soon sneak into the k9 unit. Why you should be Mod? I feel its time for me to move up to mod as I’ve been getting very familiar with the helper commands, and staff position in general. I’ve done 500+ modreqs and have learned how to handle almost any situation I come across. I feel that I would a be a benefit to the mod team because I work very hard to make everyone as happy as I can. If someone has lost something, I replace it out of my own pocket. I feel that players you go out of your way for are the ones who will stick around. BigdaddyJoseph told me my first day as helper, “Staff is the fastest way to go broke”, and I’ve found this to be very true, but 100% worth it.

I have to say I have a slight addiction to doing modreqs. I try my best to do them as efficiently as possible , but follow through fully. I even write down names to check up on people later on. Whether it be helping someone open a shop or start a town, I always like to go back to see what they’ve done. When theirs no modreqs I like to go to the spawn and chat with new players. Sometimes even just complimenting the skin they have is enough to get them to keep coming back.

I can’t say I haven’t come across challenges. Getting used to all 30,000 Prism commands had my brain wrapped for a while but with the help of some awesome staff and 30 packs of sticky notes, I think I’ve got it figured out. In the beginning, I wasn’t very confident when making decisions about cases. As I’ve been taking these cases I have become more confident and more efficient. Knowing when a ban is necessary, or when we can find a way to make 2 players come together and become friends in the end. Its been fun to meet and help tons of players, and I believe with the right set of tools, I can do even more to improve the server.

What are your weaknesses? My biggest weakness at the moment would be my inability to handle Kitpvp hackers as my computer is not up to par. I’ve been able to handle a few thanks to the cooperation of members with recording capabilities. I’ve also been able to fix this issue however thanks to the help of Castro and xT3Kx. I’ve bought a new2 computer that will be able to handle the frames required to catch hackers. (Kitpvp Hackers beware, I’m coming for you.)I’m also still a little straight forward as mentioned in my helper application. I can tend to sound angry when I’m not. I’ve been working to fix this and I think I’ve certainly made progress

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: In conclusion, I think I would make a great Moderator because I’ve proven I can be trusted, relied upon, and can work hard to get things done. Klutch, since my time of being helper, you've really showed your ability for the position. You're active, very helpful, nice and friendly. I think you'd do a great job as being Mod, and can't wait to see you at that rank!

Klutch is way too mature on his young age, I like his guts and his passion to the server, he's very nice, kind and helpful. Though I'm a young kid he respects me and this is why I love helpers like this. +1 definitely ready for the position. Go for it!

 

You've been one of the best roll-models on the server, for both other staff and citizens.
You're both mature and helpful, and you're just a nice guy and fun to talk to.
I wouldn't so much call that a weakness (I couldn't do it either when I was staff ) and would be looking for a bit more in general with the app.

IMO, too soon. (Unless it's been longer than I think?) But hey! If you're doing your work consistently, efficiently, and effectively, I see no reason to not promote you so you can do more than what you were doing before.

You are easily one of the most active members on the server. Not only are you helpful, but you are also very nice. You are easy to talk to and you have great quality. You are a leader and a promotion would more than satisfy the entire community. I don't even think new players would notice how new to the staff team you are. I would even support you becoming a super-mod if you keep going in this direction! Just become more active on the forums

I cannot express how much I want to see you as a moderator! Klutch, you have been easily one of the best staff members on the server that I have known and not only that, one of my best friends, and to top it off You are always active, always on team speak and always nice. As far as I see is literally nothing whatsoever to -1 you on, and I am really really looking forward to seeing you as Mod!
