I bought a rank and it sent it to the username Leaves rather than Leavesden.

 

I purchased a rank and it has my name down as Leaves not Leavesden.

Also, you're going to need a SCREENSHOT of your receipt with your transaction ID. Remember to blur out names, addresses, and such.

You need a screenshot of the receipt, NOT a copy in paste. Also, the admins WILL need the transaction ID.

 

Thanks for the advice SillyWeirdBanana but the admins have ignored this thread for a week, I do not think this will change any time soon. Rather I am disputing it via paypal.

 

This is also very true - I've seen these threads go ignored for well over a month.

 

That sounds kinda mean that they don't answer they r helpers and such they r supposed to help out ps I wanna rank lucky ducks!!!!!!

 

Helpers can't do anything here. Only admins.

Idk I don't have a question or anything but once ma BFFs armor got stolen she did a modern and they answered but said something mean or something idk they said who cares or something worse or a tiny bit less

 

I highly doubt that they were mean about it. I think at the time you were angry and you are exaggerating. No one's being mean here, we're actually trying to help.

Nah I saw it she always wore it literally always exept when she goes out to check pvp Just to see u know curious I see a lot of powerful people there now like once I saw cleaves or somebody so she puts it on an armor stand and closes the door she comes like after like a minute and we talk in real and she never ever never ever lies she's too nice but that's wat I also like about her!

The admins cannot do anything about this until you post a screenshot of your receipt. Regardless of whether or not these take awhile to be looked st by a higher up, at least we as citizens of the server and staff members can try to make the job easier on them.

I'd just like to mention that only two people in the entire server actually even have the power to do anything about rank problems anyways, and they are Coelho and Fuzzlr, who both not only run the server but also have real lives to care about.

I'm sorry to hear that this happened to your friend. I sent you a converstation here on the forums so that we can further discuss it, as I don't wish for you guys to continue to use the Donation Help post. Sorry about the inconvenience, it is just easier to handle Donation Help threads if they have fewer posts on them.
