Introduction: Good day Meepcrafters! My name is Will (Mockingbae), and I’m a 14 year old 8th grader going on 15 late this month. I have played basketball for a few years now, and currently play nationals. In my spare time, there are many things I like doing. My list ranges from sleeping to eating, and more sleeping! Great way to spend your time. I am, as more then a few of you have probably figured out, a Hunger Games fan! And Divergent, Maze Runner, Percy jackson, Rick Riordan overall, Harry Potter, and more! Yes I love reading fantasies! At school, my grades vary. I was never very good at History, but when it comes to writing, I top my class. I joined MeepCraft early february, and have been an active player ever since, making many friends. I have worked my way to Exclusive, and am trying my best to gather enough meebles for Elite. As I’m sure many of you have noticed, I am the founder and leader of ‘the Meep Times’.

Why you should be Helper? When I first joined MeepCraft, I was welcomed by friendly people whom were very willing to help me. If everyone got this welcome, I’m sure we’d have many more players then we currently do - which is a big part of the reason as to why I am applying for staff. I want every new player to feel welcome, and help them to the best of my ability, to ensure that they get the best experience at MeepCraft as possible.

When I come on MeepCraft, I expect to see a friendly, welcoming community. Unlike most other servers, there aren’t random inappropriate conversations in global, and there aren’t people cursing to no end. For me, this is a very special part about MeepCraft, and I want to play a bigger role in keeping it this way.

One of my strengths is that I treat everyone as equals. If you’ve noticed around the place, I’ve been campaigning a lot to make kitpvp more fair, which is also part of the reason that I don’t team in kit - especially with fellow donators. I do not hold grudges, which is another reason as to why I think I’d be a great candidate; I can take all the hate and judgement that comes my way with ease - I respect everyone.

This might seem pretty mainstream, but I do love to help. In real life I have a job in one of my country’s biggest grocery store chains (Netto) and I love it when the customers walk away with a smile. I make it my duty to make sure that every single customer is attended to with quality and efficiency - this is a great strength while handling modreq’s and answering questions.

I have already, in the 2 months that I have been here, acquired a vast knowledge of the server. I know the history of meep, the people here, how the server works and all basic commands. To add on to that, I run 2 towns; one alpha and one beta.

What are your weaknesses? -Patience; A pretty self-explanatory weakness, and yes, I see how this is a really bad one to have, too, but trust me I am doing my very best to fix it.
-Ruthless; I don't have a lot of tolerance for people doing the wrong thing and are conscious of it. if a person is ruining the player experience for others, I don't stand around trying to talk them out of it. I'm all for second chances, and I'm not really sure how much of a weakness it is anyway, but thought I'd just include it.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: My mic use isn't always. It is at random times, depending on what my surroundings are. I have a very, very stressed sister going to some advanced finals exams, and she really doesn't appreciate it if I start talking online; especially considering my mic is build-in, and it ends up being pretty loud.

Overall though, I think I would be a valuable addition to the staff team. I have real life experience from my job and in-game experience of observance and mayorship. You will not regret giving me an interview.

I completely, without a doubt give a +1! You are always so generous and helpful in game. For example one time I had a question, but it wasn't really modreq worthy (you know.. Just like an easy to answer question that anyone could help with). Anyway GL!

Can you elaborate on this? Specifically how this might interfere with the role of helper, one must admit at first glance impatience and ruthlessness tends to take one aback slightly.

 

Also, your app was not amazing as perry said It was. It may have been long, but it was pretty cliché and did not express at all what I see from you. It doesn't all seem true.

 

Sorry, I mis-wrote Impatience as patience. What I'm talking about is just the usual, 'I hate waiting' kind of weakness. Although when I say it is something I have and still very much am getting over/fixing, I mean it. It's no where near as bad as it once was, and I can see clear ways of avoiding bad situations. I listed it because it is, well, a general weakness of mine, and even though it can interfere in my work as helper, I won't let it.
As for the ruthlessness, what I meant was I don't hesitate to punish the guilty. Now yeah, is that a bad thing? Well, I wasn't sure, so I went ahead and listed it.

This. I've never seen you help, and I've never seen you on TS. Your 'why' section of your app did not tell anyone at all why you should be helper as opposed to anyone else, it doesn't why why you want it.
You can also be very immature.

I just talked to you the other day, you were in the chatroom with Myself, Airzos, Welsh and a few others.
On top of that, I am on TS usually several hours a day, but as my 'other' section said the time of day varies.

Not trying to argue, just thought I'd clear that up

Mocking, you are a really nice and friendly person towards all the people and, from what i have seen, you help a lot of people out. Also,your activity in all the three aspects of the server is good. I am definatly a huge +1!

Probably also a country difference, as stated I am from Denmark, and I do believe our system is pretty different to ones of example America or Britain.
