Introduction: Hey my names Ron aka KlutchDecals. Currently Elite on the server. I live in NJ and work as a police officer. Working my way up in hopes to one day be a detective. I own a small decal company I started a few years ago to make extra money while attending the academy. I also am big into making video game and movie props. I've been playing Minecraft since it came out and LOVE building. Nothing is more relaxing to me than making huge building that we can do nothing but stand inside. . xD. I owned a server for about a year (never really promoted it) but had around 15-25 players on average. Now its just my test server to mess around with commands and friends. I own a town in Alpha called Hyrule with about 125 residents. Its been a ton of fun to build, run, and meet all the residents. If you havn't been to Hyrule come hang out! Why you should be Helper? Helping people is what drives me. Its why I chose my career and why I've decided to file this application. After joining Meep I got to know a few people and instantly fell in love with the community. From players to staff, the way everyone celebrates others for donating or achieving something is just great. Its something I instantly wanted to be a part of. I've learned in my experiences ways to solve problems that are seemingly impossible in an efficient way. I believe I would be a good fit because I am rarely in a bad mood and just love to assist people. Im very committed to the things i put my time into and always strive to be better. Im dedicated, active, and involved in all aspects of the server. My time spend as an owner and admin on other servers taught me commands, and ways to deal with issues in a mature, level headed manner. Im always referring friends to Meep as well as voting every day. (Meebles or not). I get a lot of down time at work if I'm on patrol and I spend some of that time on Minechat talking with people in the server. People who know me tend to say I'm very laid back, but know when to be firm. My job requires me to be calm and speak in a soothing way to dissolve heated situations which will help me to be a great staff member.

What are your weaknesses? I would say my biggest weakness is is being to straight forward. I don't run or hide from any issue. If someone has a problem with me and I hear about it, i will air it out and ask them straight what we can do to fix it. Sometimes it makes the situation worse which is something I need to work on. I also tend to get to involved in peoples problems. I tend to try to fix things Im better off staying out of. Its only me trying to help, but isn't always a good thing.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I like to believe that I've made a small impact in the time I've been here. I have a nice town with 125 happy residents, done a few events and forum giveaways, and made some great friends that I now talk to daily on social media. Im dedicated, active, and involved in all aspects of the server from Teamspeak to Halo to building. (soon to be Hunger Games!!) Im always referring friends to Meep as well as voting every day. (Meebles or not). I feel like this server is almost my second home and I cant wait to get on and chat with everyone after work. Im always Honest and Loyal to the friends I make. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed with me as a member of your fantastic team. =)

Ok, you're pretty cool, very nice, I can imagine you helping out a great ordeal of people. But.. I've never seen u use shout really or help anyone on shout.. Buutt +1 cause your be an amazing helper

 

I mean, you're a cop, that's pretty much the ideal career if we're looking for an individual that is there to help people, mediate situations, try to right a situation in the best possible way.

Klutch, in-game you aren't really the ultimate participant of global; Talking more globally is one thing I'd love to see you improve on, but apart from that, everything's good. I rarely see you on ts, however that is most likely our time difference's fault, and on the one hand, upping ts activity takes about 29 seconds. Forums; Dude, you need to be more active here. In the exact month you've been a member here, you only have 45 messages. The majority of them were quality messages, but still, up that activity!
It's a +1 from me, although please, try improve on the 1/2 things I pointed out.

 

I don't think I recall specifically seeing you in game, but your application was very well written and I trust the judgement of those who do know you and think you would make a good staff member.

I would absolutely love to chat with you one day, either in game or in TeamSpeak.

The only issue I could possibly have is that it would be nice to see you more often on the forums, such as posting in places like Q&A, Suggestions, and Report a Bug. If you have any information to add to those, you should do it!

Anyways, I am definitely a +1 for interview.
