Auction and Jobs Channel

If we put the toggle channels thing to the side, what do you guys think of the idea. I realize it has problems, but that's why its a suggestion. What do you guys think might make it better?

 

There's no reason why everything can't be included in the global chat.

 

except everything being cluttered and disorganized. Plus as new members join daily, general chat will be useless if you want to get anything done.

 

How is it disorganized?
How is nothing getting done?
If nothing's getting done it's because there's no market for whatever the thing is, or the player or was over/underpricing, or isn't good at it, something.
Things are getting done plenty, it's just how it gets done is the problem...

 

Are you able to sell your goods?
Can you sell your services effectively?
Do you have to constantly make sure you havent missed something beign said to you by scrolling up?
Even if we had everything in general chat but say the trades were grey and the auctioning was yellow, it would help. A lot.

I actually read the chat, so I'm not seeing the issue.

 

So, this is a good idea, but probably will not happen as written. If anything I could forsee adding in a "Trade" channel, where all business of that type goes there.
