    Whether the homophobic claims about him are true, it's still a nice lil' quip. Though I think it's more for Tumblr, and less for a discussion board.

    I think the best way to put it, would be to use the "Veil of ignorance" argument.

    Essentially, the argument goes...

    Construct a moral and fair society, where you have no idea what characteristics or traits you'd have. You have no idea what your gender, sexuality, race, religious values, etc are.

    Gays have no rights. They lost their rights when they chose to become the disgrace to the world that they are. The Greatest country on earth that is the jolly old red white and blue that flows through my veins should implement a law that makes it legal to publicly burn gays in the town square and the government should pay us hard working citizens a good bounty for killing of the gay race. Its basically a pub lic service to the world that we are doing by eliminating them all off.

    I think he means that gay people should have the right to marry, since our country is "free", but because it was founded on religion, they do not have the right.
