You're active in shout, help out a lot (I know how you help out; you don't help in should too much but actually help people by /tpaing them and solving issues), are generous, and do a ot to help the server community as a whole. Try to work on your forums activity though.

 

+/- I noticed that you said you played 15-30 hrs a day, but when I read the "Why" section, you said only 4-5? That's my main reason, as it's confusion. Other than that, +1.

I really feel as though xtjunior is underestimated. He has done so much for everyone and has helped me and many others a lot. I am going to add another +31 to this

I know that you're a really nice person and everything, but since you're a staff member, I expected better. If being friends with someone qualifies them for staff, then the server is going to die. Sure, ya'll may get along and he may be nice to you, but do you think that makes him qualified for a staff position? I'm sure if you think about it you can find staff qualities of his; I'd suggest you elaborate on these qualities as it would make you look a lot less bias and somewhat ignorant.

 

General Info: Application was ok, forums activity is ok, ingame is ok.

Forums: Forums activity is average, nothing stands out to me here.

Ingame: I have seen you ingame. However, I havent really noticed you talk in /g that much.

TeamSpeak: Im not on TeamSpeak often, dont know if you use it or not.

Application: Application was average. Nothing really stuck out to me in it.

Overall: -/+ You're the average applicant to me. Nothing about you really stuck out to me, but there is nothing that was detrimental.

 

You have to remember that staff have a public image. I'm not telling you how to do your job. I'm saying that you should uphold the guidelines that you enforce. I have no problem with you giving your reasons over Skype, it just bothers me to see staff tell people to include legitimate reasons, then refrain from doing so themselves. As I spent well over a year as a staff member, I know that the staff is all one body; so one individual can technically represent the whole staff body.

FYI I didn't call you ignorant. I said that your post could give that impression which is why I posted so that no one would get that impression.

I appreciate you giving your reasoning in a public setting.

 

I once lived in a beta town with you and you illegally changed taxes I had lost over 100k BUT you did end up making it up to me later so +/-

 

Was this like 2 years ago? Xtjunior has define changed since then

I wasn't telling him to do anything, I was leaving my thoughts on a staff application.
And as for 'Your just as annoying as him' I wouldn't exactly say that leaving a -1 on somebody's application is as bad as encouraging suicide... Would you?
If you see some bad way in which it was very annoying, please forums message me about it as I would love to improve on it!
