Introduction: Hello, Im Keys, some of you may not know me but thats fine! I live in Sacramento, CA. I work at a grocery outlet with a minimum wage of $10 an hour. My hobbies are: Sports, Gaming, swimming and much more! I joined MeepCraft around November 20th and started of playing KitPVP. After KitPVP i was going to quit, because i thought that there was nothing else besides KitPVP, Then one day one of my friends introduced me to towns, i started off joining his town, that town went down and then i started joining some random ones, I ended up join Dax for beta and MistValley for alpha. I got VIP around the beginning of January. I tried out the KitPVP kits and the commands I had. I was not satisfied that much so about 1 month and a half later i bought premium. I was kind of satisfied with this, due to the disguise and the commands that came with it. And now about a week ago i bought Elite. I enjoyed using the kit, able to get spawners and enjoy the congratulations i got. Were done with the introduction, now to the staff meat!

Why you should be Helper? I would like to be a MeepCraft helper because experience with the server commands, i know enough too help new players. I should be a helper because I know Spanish. Even though there are not much Spaniards on the server this skill will still help a little bit.I have spent countless hours in the PVP areas of the server. I have expirienced many hackers in KitPVP and Terrarium. This would help to crack down on a few hackers and make some peoples day better. Another reason why I should be helper because I am extremely active. This can come in handy because sometimes staff members arent on, so this will help with the inactivity on some staff members!

What are your weaknesses? I get side-tricked real easily, so I will have to pay attention much more if I become a helper.
I also focus on whats ahead of me, instead of looking in chat and seeing if something is going on im paying attention to what im doing.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I have applied for staff about 2 months ago and got accepted for interview, then I cancelled it.

Your app is clearly not proofread and your why did not convince me in any way. I do not see you on TS nor do I see you enough on forums, and I don't see you helping IG.

You've clearly never done anything related to a resume

The alt name has no effect on age. He either A: Likes her music, which isn't an issue, it's an opinion or B: Is using it as a joke

Back on to the resume part, if you've got a strength, put it down. What happens when someone files a modreq in spanish? there's nothing a staff member can do unless they speak spanish. It's not a flaw, and it has no effect on his maturity/age or his ability to be a staff member

Thirdly, his app isn't the first one with a typo, and I've seen several apps accepted for interview without having great grammar. Paincake and Hollywoot (love you both) have less than fantastic grammar (for valid reasons), yet they both did well as staff.

I have no opinion on this application, this reply was just so full of absolute nonsense that I had to comment

You seem prepared, however your app was very short. I wish you would have spent more time on that.

 

I fail to see this as a valid reason as to why you should be a Helper...
Any language being spoken on the server other than English is not allowed anyway.

•You're application was very short. It looks like you put barely any time and thought into it, judging by the size and mistakes. Your intro was longer than your why, which is a big nono. Your why doesn't tell me why you should be helper, what makes you stand out, and it says nothing about your dedication and involvement with the server. As a 19 year old, you should've done better than that.
•Last time, you, weirdly, were almost there. Almost at the position. That is a terrible quality for a staff member to have; giving up. You will have situations where you want to give up, and, to me, it seems like you can't overcome them. You put nothing about this in your weaknesses and "conclusion", which worries me.
•The fact that I think it's amazing that you're 19 isn't good. You don't act like you're 19, you don't talk like you're 19, and it just leads me to believe that you're not 19.

You have a lot to work on before you even think of becoming a staff member.

 

I have never seen you on Ts or on Meepcraft helping others out. Your "Why" reason was short and you should note down more strengths.

Hi KeysUnlocked, I see you often around the server but I don't see you primarily helping out people. (I'm on frequently to say the least) Though I can't say much for TS because I can't get the darn thing to work...but all in all, help out more people in game. -1

You are incorrect, Sacramento is in either Kentucky or California. (But more notably tied with the later)

 

Changing to +/-the app was terrible. Knowing Spanish is in no way necassary. We actually don't exactly aprove of it when people speak foreign languages because we can't tell what they are saying. Sorry, but having this application proves to me that you don't put in enough effort as you should.
