Introduction: I'm FearTheBurrito but you can call me Nic. I live in Oregon, USA and I love it here. I like talking to people and resolving conflicts because I hate fighting, it's kinda pointless. I really like video games and I really like making friends. I want to become friends with most on meepcraft. (I also really like megaman because megaman is super cool!)

Why you should be Helper? Well, I think I should be helper because unlike some, I am no boring person. I get to action quickly, which means that no waiting long times for modreqs and less evidence to ban someone. That may seem risky but someone won't file a report unless they need to. As a bonus, I won't be a boring helper, I will play with people and get to know players. I understand the boundaries of "donors" and "non-donors" and will make "non-donors" seem welcome because most I meet feel left out. I will also encourage people who only do certain things like pvp or halo to do other things so we can share all the good about meepcraft. I can connect with players, staff and people alike so there are less issues and %100 percent no more bull about meepcraft. Being a past staff member on many other servers, I have learned to help people help themselves. I want to see meepcraft get better so I am very good at helping people change their ways on how they act or react on games, because no one likes a rude/inconsiderate person. A little thing is that I have experienced everything about meepcraft and know what people do so I can focus on areas that are struggling by using information gathered about what happens in places and who does what there. When problems occur, I can also get messages across thoroughly and react to sudden information and new "events" happening. I act as mature as possible, use proper grammar (which isn't necessary, I know, but it helps significantly) and can experience firsthand what players are going through.

Problem Solving:
When something is wrong, I won't wait around, I will jump into action. If investigating, I will always talk to the "victim" first. I will make it easy on both the "victim" and the subject, this will make people learn a lesson and remain happy, because I want everyone to be happy.
Player Connectivity:
I respect that people on here a real people, across the world. I will make sure people are happy and be like a regular player and a good staff member. I want to get to know everyone, and get them to know me, because I am a fun, lovable and funny guy! This can be done through talking, interacting and playing games with people!
Responsibility:
As much as I a relaxed, I take this seriously. It's no joke when something goes wrong, it means someone is in some form of distress and I will take care of it. I will also accept that I will have new limits to what I can do and new burdens to hold. "With great power comes great responsibility"
Making Meepcraft better:
I want to make meepcraft a better server than it is now, getting info from players about what they want or what they need and making sure people are happy with me and other staff members. Being a staff member isn't all about banning, kicking and investigating but making sure that players enjoy the server, and that's one of my main focuses.

What are your weaknesses? I tend to get angered quite easily when people are saying rude things or are not cooperating. This isn't much of an issue but it can happen. Another weakness is that I hate teamspeak, mainly because of trash-talkers.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Ok, this is a little personal but I am in SAR. Search and Rescue for (Unnamed Location) and I will rescue people when they are in need. Body recovery or saving lives, I will be out there, rain or shine, looking for the idiot who didn't bring enough gear or got off-trail. I am also in the Law Enforcement section of it and am very dedicated. The skills I have learned (Verbal Judo, investigation techniques, interview vs interrogation and calming subjects) will help me help meepers and solve problems while maintaining a serious attitude. I will always get the job done. Some people don't believe me when I say this but I am telling the honest truth. (Please do not share this around, it is confidential stuff)

I've seen you in game often, Fear, though I do think the app was quite weak and I know you could've put more work into that.

 

Your app wasn't really that good. Your intro is a good start but I'd like to see more. Also, your why did not convince me that you could be a good helper at all. you need to tell us why you are a good candidate for this position.
As for activity, TS is a must for any staff member. interviews, meetings, and just community bonding happens there. it's a necessity.
I've seen you IG, but I have not seen you helping and all I've seen is immaturity. Work on that.

Uhmmm, last I checked you had to be 17 with parent permission or 18 to join SAR. Even then, most agencies require you to be 19. Same goes with law enforcement, also with this I highly doubt you know the required laws at 16. Also, if you say that this is confidential, why would you put it on a public application with your location and name disclosed? Either you are really dumb or you are flat out lying.

Your application was ok, had a lot of weak info in it.

 

This sar program is called the "Explorer" program where people 14 to 20 can join and train professionally to do sar. Limited places offer this but I assure you you can find it somewhere. And also, I do not appreciate the rude ending on your quote. I do not lie and the main reason I put that in there was because I wanted to show that I was responsible and motivated. The law enforcement part of it was a side thing you could do with this program. we get shortened training but learn all of the skills deputies/officers learn (except we do not have a weapon).

 

So explain to me why you are saying this is confidential information and you're telling everyone this?

 

It's not entirely confidential, I mean, don't go telling personal people about me. This isn't much of a problem but it has in fact happened before.

I apologize for not having teamspeak, I am sure that will put me off the list for possible helpers. I generally do not like it because even though I am 16, I do have a lighter voice that surely doesn't sound good on mic.

OK, so most of you are using the "never seen you online" thing. I apologize but I live on the west coast and have a limited time I can be on which is 4pm to 10/12 o'clock (pm/am). This time is a time where most people on the east coast, Europe, and central Asia will not see me. Also, I would like to see less of the "Never on teampseak" because I have never been on the meepcraft teamspeak in the first place. I am going to be honest and I hate to say this but based on meepcraft experience with some players, they are younger kids who have online personalities I do not enjoy.

I feel as if I need to correct many people because things I said on this thread have been completely ignored. (I get mad when people do not listen. This was stated in my weaknesses).

 

You should stop arguing back giving other reasons and explanations. Just wait and the Staff will deal with this. Note: Comments don't count, its the Staffs final decision.
