To start off with my name is Gavin

I don't have much things to do or say in my life ATM since I'm still young and don't have a job but when I was around 10 year's old I started using computer's more often then I did before.

I started off by playing some games on the internet like Mini-clip (if anyone know's what that is) It is a website that has a variety of games so that's what I started off with there was also another website that had also a variety of games called Nitrome which was little mini Games some of the games you could play Multiplier some were offline even two player games. Before I Started getting into Computer games I would of played a lot of games on different consoles like PS2 etc. I really liked playing those old games but you know just had to move on so there I was looking for a online game for the PC and I could'nt find any games so I stopped looking for a bit until I walked into my brothers room and I saw him playing this game I wanted to see the name of this "game" so I quickly ran up to him and saw the name and it was Min ecraft it seemed kinda fun back then there was not full version out of Minecraft you would only play on the Minecraft website it was pretty much you just being on creative on every server you join and there would be different game modes to every server there were game modes like

*Lava Survival
*Zombie Apocalypse
*Building server's

What I really like the most was the Zombie Apocalypse server so I played it for around 4 - 6 hours a day (So fun you can't acually legit stop playing it) After for 1 - 2 months of playing it I saw that you could become a helper for the server to moderate the Hackers and cheaters and soon enough I became a Helper then to a Moderator then to An Admin which I stayed at Admin position for about 1 - 8 months until the server went down and never heard of it ever since So (Stopped playing minecraft because there was no more fun) But after a few months Minecraft beta came out Full multiplayer Survival it costed $15 USD back then so I was like ima get it so I did and started searching for some servers and came acrpss many but then found one I really liked (not meepcraft because meepcraft was not out back then) So I played it for 4 - 6 months on the server and then Once again quit minecraft because had school and stuff) 1 and something years later I found the Server meepcraft Started playing it played for 1 to 2 years and still was citizan rank I was really into Meepcraft (and still am) But before I knew it I got Vip then to - premium then to Elite and still Elite to this very day on Meepcraft

Why you should be Helper? Why you should be Helper?

Well I have great experience of being a staff member on many server's I know a Quite few commands I have been Co Owners and Admins on some Server's that have around 100 - 150 people playing

When In game I read many Messages at a time If I was to be a Helper I would be able to catch those people who breaks the rules and don't follow them like they are suppose to

Also when being a Staff Member it's not all about having the power. It's all about to help other's in need if something happend or if they just need help with something little.

Also to add Id love to help other's like some new members that joined the server or people who just quit a while back and has came back to continue playing Meep.

What are your weaknesses? Weaknesses:

I do not use Skype as often as I do on Teamspeak Id love to use Skype more often but at the same time I would like to use Teamspeak for many other causes If there was anything going wrong but overall I would try to use Skype more often.

It really is a privilege to become a staff member of Meepcraft and I hope you remember me as a Mature member of Meepcraft

Your introduction in your application is anywhere between 2-3x larger than your "why" section. This is a big no-no.

The "why" section is the most important part of any application. You failed to make yourself unique from the other hoards of 15 year olds applying. Nearly everything in your "why" section you can accomplish without being a helper so...

 

Your intro is mostly about what games you used to play...
I dont really see you helping in shout... even when you are online.
You also pressed enter a lot in "Why you should be helper" either to make it look longer or something else...

Dark; I saw this coming a week ago. A lot like xtJunior, you try way too hard in the days leading up to your application. On top of that, I saw you harassing a fellow player in shout not more than a few weeks ago, and since then I have seen a high level of immaturity; which lasted until you then started trying too hard, making you look desperate. Teamspeak activity is decent, however forums are not. I rarely see you on forums, and when I do it's nothing exciting. The app was, to be blunt, horrible. Your intro told me nothing, your why told me nothing, and saying not using Skype is your only weakness is a lie. I'll give a few examples of where it looked like this application was a speed typing test;

You stayed admin for 1 - 8 months? That's a 7 month difference, and it's disgusting you'd even write that. What if I applied and wrote "I've been on this server for 1 - 8 months"? I've only been here 1 1/2, but that's between 1 and 8, right? Don't even use it.

Why you should be helper?
Seriously man, proof reading your application for these kinds of mistakes is a good idea.

Could you send me the names of these servers in a private convo? Just checking for lies (Nothing worse than lying on your application)

There are so many things wrong with this. Congratulations! You can read! So can everyone else here, it's not one of your special traits. Secondly, refer to where I said something about proof reading.

You're right! Unfortunately, when applying for staff it's the staff's job to teach you what needs to be done. Sorry bud, you're not mod yet.

You love to help and you can notice when old players return! What great traits to have!


I could ramble on and on about your application, but I'll just leave you with those tips.

I was actually pointing out the simple mistake of the fact that he wrote it twice. I usually ignore grammar on applications, unless it's outrageously bad.

Your opinion is just mean. Regardless of what you think of Dark, you need to provide constructive criticism so that if Dark really is as, "constantly immature," as you say he can improve himself. Saying his application sucks isn't really helpful.

Anyways as for this application I have to put aside that fact that you are a friend.

With that aside I remember you being very driven and helpful as my time as an assistant in Monkburg (Beta) with you. Those are two qualities that are very important in a potential staff member. I do believe your Skype activity and overall IG activity has lots of improving to do.

Staff members like BobJonCreeper were accepted and you are just as mature most likely more mature then him.

But I do agree that your application wasn't as orderly and put together as it could be.
For that reason I'm giving this a +/-

So the main reason why we are deny this is the attitude we tend to see you in, negative and argumentative. When we start to see improvement in this we will be a lot more prone to accept your for interview.
