ThatFrenchGuy is selling the town of Eureka. It is a big town with 3 huge mansions built by oldchopper himself. It has auto farms, villagers, an amazing grinder with spawners, and 60+ residents. People often sell towns for less than 200k nowadays. However, I will agree that the town is worth more than 100k.
