Introduction: Hello everyone, my name is William (Bill), and I've decided to put in an application for Helper as I feel that I want to help out around the server as much as I possibly can! I have been playing Meepcraft on and off for almost 2 Years (I believe I started playing around August 2013), my largest break in that time was about 6 months mainly due to the fact of me being without a computer. I have applied for helper once in the past and was denied as I was only a few weeks into playing Meepcraft when I submitted it, but I feel that I have matured a lot since then and that I am ready to send in another application, not just to apply for Helper but also to receive as much feedback as possible as to what I can to do help out as much as I can as stated above. In my spare time outside of school and video games I like to build PC's, Take apart PC's and learn as much as I can about them, although I have only been doing this for a short while. I also like to "ride" BMX as you could probably tell by my avatar but as you can also tell by the quotation marks I'm reasonably new to this as well!
In summary I'm just an ordinary person (I think) and I'd love to become a part of the Meepcraft staff as I love the community, the game and the people!

Why you should be Helper? I have a few reasons as to why I believe I should be helper for one, as you've probably heard a lot around the forums and server Meepcraft in my opinion is in need of more Australian time zone staff, there can be times when I am where there are 50+ people on the server and no staff, more Australian time zoned staff would definitely help combat this. I am also extremely keen on doing Mod requests and other staff related activities as much as I can! I also have a decent amount of experience around Meepcraft and know the community pretty well. Lastly something that I believe makes me a good candidate for helper is that fact that as far as I am aware there aren't any people on the server that dislike or hate me, hopefully due to the fact that I always try to be nice when possible.
To conclude I believe I should be Helper because I think Meepcraft needs more Australian time zoned staff which I can be! I have a decent amount of experience on the server and I am really eager to help out with staff related activities/events and mod requests.

What are your weaknesses? I've been planning on applying for staff for some time now so I have given this a lot of thought and some weaknesses I have come up with that would affect me carrying out a staff role around the server would be that for one, Some days I don't play a lot, although i'll usually play every day sometimes things come up in real life for me or I caught up in homework which leads to be only being able to play an hour or two that day. Another weakness I have that is noteworthy would be that I am not exactly well versed in commands, especially staff commands as I have taken the role of staff on any Minecraft server before. Another weakness that is noteworthy would be that I have only recently came back to Meepcraft about a month ago, although this may not be a weakness i regard it as one and feel that it was worth mentioning.
In short the weaknesses that I have that would affect me carrying out the role of Helper would be the fact that I am not always extremely active, I don't exactly have a well versed knowledge when it comes to commands and that I have only recently returned to Meepcraft. I am gradually working on these and hope to improve in the future so that next time I go about writing out my weaknesses hopefully the list isn't quite as long!

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I don't think there is really all that much left to say, but as I stated in my introduction one of the purposes of me posting this application is to receive feedback on what I can be doing better, so please leave any comments you have! Airzos; I have never really interacted with you but the few times I did it was you trying to insult me with the fact that I was gappling in PvP. I admit that I ate 3, but you said something ridiculous like, I think you kept slandering me for almost an hour with I ate 23 or some stupid number. On top of that, you were 3v1'ing me and when I got out you said "Wow, we really showed him". I know I'm not the best at PvP, but you really shouldn't be insulting just because I spend my time doing other stuff then violently clicking my mouse trying to swing a sword. Away from pvp, you don't really seem helpful nor unhelpful... To the application, it was pretty bad tbh. Your intro was longer then your why section, which is a no. To the forums, your activity is horrible. Looking at your past 3 threads, one was your staff application, one was a random one and the third was posted January 11 2014.
It's a -1 from me, improve on the things I said and I may change my vote.

This whole part of your why says you should be staff just because of your timezone.
The rest of your why says ''I've got a denied app in the past, but I'm mature now.
Overall, the way is just bad. Tell us why you should be helper above others, why YOU are a GOOD HELPER.

this is all you really need in the weakness section.
They also teach you staff commands before you do anything else so that's not needed in weaknesses.

Overall, your app is mainly filler and not real content.
And you don't need a ''in conclusion for ever section. This makes my eyes hurt.

Alright, my opinion,
yes I have seen you active a lot, that's is good,however I do not see you helping much, instead I see you the one being asked for help.
Second, You're quite rude to people who disagree with you, and you result to using language in teamspeak with other people around.

@SillyWeirdBanana Thanks for the feedback, I see what you mean about the commands as a weakness, although I'm not sure what you mean when you say I talked about a past app in my Why section? I did briefly mention it the introduction if that's what you mean?

Hey, its your boy Doctor here. Over the last week or so we've been becoming closer as friends. I see you a lot on teamspeak. When we talk or I hear you talking to others, you are very nice to them and I have never heard you say something negative. You skype me between 12-6 while I am sleeping so I know that you are active during that time period which will help. The only negative I have noticed from you is that you are not as active in game as you are in TS. Try working on your shouting in game and become more known within the server because I know you're on all the time but others may not.
I +1 you because I feel like you can for sure improve on being more noticed in game and because of all the other positives I stated. Goodluck!

I've seen you active on ts and in game, to me you are very nice and mature, I think you can be a good staff member and can handle it but you should talk more in shout.

Airzos is the kind of person I wanna see on staff, relaxed, mature and serious. The applicaton could use work but I could understand the point you were trying to make across!

General Info: I actually think I remember your first application, so nice job on that! Your application was good, I dont see you ingame because of the timezone thing.

Forums: Your forum activity seems to be average. I like it when I see people applying for Helper when they are at least an Active Member/Well Known Member.

Ingame: As previously stated, we're in different timezones. I can't really be one to give an input on this.

TeamSpeak: TeamSpeak is really bad way to give negative feedback on an application. I feel as though most applicants don't use TeamSpeak consistently.

Application: Application was excellent, hardly any grammatical or spelling errors. Id like to see more information on why you should be helper and some of your character traits that would benefit you.

Overall: App was good, ingame activity I have no place to give a response towards, forums activity is good. +1
